Sorry but I don't know how they achieved the B- connection between the battery and board but it can be done in a few ways. one way it the three mounting screws that mount the board into the case, screws might be loose. Another way is by using the output ground to the 510 connector, the 510's ground wire would also provide ground for the board. So if the 510 housing it not well grounded to the case then the board won't be either. A DNA 75 can be wired using only two wires, B+ and Out (to 510), the three board screws to metal case can provide all grounds when all is solid.

Probably more of not getting the power to the board than a problem with the battery not being able to supply it. You might try cleaning the battery cap threads with alcohol or such.

Atomizer Analyzer is useful for determining if good contact is being made between the 510 positive pins, if contact is being made only at the point that the atty is screwed all the way in then AA will show that. I have one mod where it starts connecting at the start of screwing an atty on. A very weak spring might cause weak connection....perhaps. (not because it, the spring, is conducting power but because it's not pushing against the atty'y 510 pin firm enough)

Re: Asmodeus I would start with the negative as it looks easier. Use volt meter, get one probe on the packs neg. battery and the other probe on the 510 housing and fire taking note of voltage....then when problem is noted go from pack neg. to sled neg. contact, fire, note voltage...ect Work your way through the path. Pay close attention to those battery contacts on the sled.

Generally when resistance increases more than it should is the result of a poor connection, wonky 510, atty posts connection to coil legs, adjustable atty 510 or just plain poor atty for TC. Just some examples of the top of my head.

If this problem only surfaces when the cells are below 3.6 volts unloaded it doesn't seem to be all that big of a problem (at least to me) It's really hard on the cells to discharge them all the way down, you might consider charging sooner. As the pack ages this is the kind of things that one starts to see, a new pack? Probably. You hitting the cell soft cutoff resulting in the "check battery". I don't recommend lowering that, 3.09 is good. Adjusting your curve and watt hours my get you closer to showing 0% when it's that low.

Draining uneven like that indicates a problem with the battery. If they drained evenly when still new then cell #3 has become weak. If new then cell #3 is either not been matched with the other 2 cells or the above. There isn't much power left once a Lipo hits 3.4 volts (unloaded)

When fully charged are all 3 cells at 4.2 volts?

I've been inside just two of them and it wasn't a problem.

Provided the batteries are of good quality and all connections (sled, soldering) are good there should be no problem down to 3.65 volts area. What cells are they. Tried others yet? % is to vague...need standing voltage and sagged voltage.

I'm having a hard time follwing. Is he hitting the cell soft cutoff?

Interesting: note on my snip my cell soft cutoff is 2.91. I was setting it to 2.85 and upon upload it would change to 2.91. I now set it to 2.8 and it stayed at 2.8. I hope the OP got it sorted

Check cell soft cutoff In device monitor check voltage drop under load (firing), see if one or both cells drop below cell soft cutoff. Make sure battery connection are clean, even if they look clean.

29 watt hours will put you pretty close. 2.9 volt cell soft cutoff

@Damian, do you get the battery error message when it's plugged into a wall charger. Also just to be clear is this error only displaying when connected with data cable?
