  1. @timbuc2dan, Does this appear to be what you need? https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP15_1_INT.pkg
  2. Use a volt meter on the battery's JST plug to confirm if it's the battery.
  3. It should look more like this. Note my charge cutoff is 4.1 volts though (maximum recharges)
  4. Way back I needed to drain the pack down on my Opus200 to do the case analyzer.
  5. Are all cells 4.2 volts when it's finished charging?
  6. It would only let the mod still work if it had a problem with the built-in charger/balance circuits, example: 1 cell said .1 volts and all others were 4 volts but you knew that the one that said 0.1 was really 4 volts. The mod under this condition would stop working because it sees a battery problem with a cell. Power supply doesn't use the JST plug so it would let it work.
  7. USB recovery charge is for when the cells are below some where around 2.5 volts and the charger will not charge. USB recovery will let charger start slowly under that too low of voltage condition. So I doubt that it's doing a recovery charge, probably just charging/balancing.
  8. If you leave it on USB charge when it appears finished it should eventually balance on it's own, it will take awhile though (couple of days maybe. The problem with mine was juice under the JST connector on the board causing the cell to slowly drain while just sitting. So as it balanced it also un-balanced later again. If it's working OK I would just let it go at least a few days, as long as you don't have a draining problem as mine it should eventually correct it's self.
  9. I had a 3 cell that just wouldn't balance so I used a juice bottle with wire taped to it's ends and placed in an 18650 charger. The leads from the bottle are plugged into the respective ports of the JST plug on the pack for the low cell. While it looks "Mickey Mouse" it worked quite well. While it appears that the "T" connector here is being used, it just looks that way, it is not used here.
  10. Being that it performs good in TC I'm thinking you must have a good connection between the atty and the board, there have been problems with the ground on the 510 of some mods. Does your coil resistance match what your other DNA mod report it as ? And Yes, replay can be used in a TC profile. Did you try it it wattage mode, if not give it a try.
  11. On a DNA200 with a blown fuse the screen will still function as well as programming through Escribe, on a DNA250 the screen will not function without a battery but is still able to connect to Escribe.
  12. The batteries voltage is recognized by the JST/balance connections.
  13. If I were to guess I'd say a bad fuse, hard to tell from here. Open a ticket with Evolv here for more assistance: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  14. Just in case it's being overlooked...be sure to upload settings to device.
  15. Take a good look at the balance plug, use a meter and measure voltage on each cell. If say the balance (JST) was unplugged that is what it would show....not saying it's unplugged.....
  16. First, what does eScribe show for cell voltage? Perhaps your looking for "USB Recovery Charge" It's in EScribe/ Tools/ Diagnostics/ Perform USB Recovery Charge. It's a slow process and may need restarted a few times.
  17. No can do, does the "edit" feature not do it for You?
  18. Female on the left, male on the right
  19. So here's what I did, I opened my Opus200 and unplugged the balance connector from the board. Battery icon shows empty, firing throws up "shorted" and didn't fire. Hope this is of some help. Gee, I wasn't thinking correctly, your setup doesn't use the plug. Ask for help here: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1

  21. The LED for the fire button can be "adjusted" in Theme Designer/ Indicator Light tab on the DNA75.
  22. Maybe not what is happening but make sure the coil isn't touching the inside of the chamber. I've had that happen a time or two using big coils and the result was a hot atomiser.
  23. There are some USB cables that are charge only, no data connection. Just a thought.
  24. In my early days of vaping I used cartomizers in a tank, I saved a bunch of them. I think that it was VapingBad that I got the idea from. Simply removed it's internals and soldered the end shut.
  25. Have you tried it on a temp wire profile with temp turned off? Easy enough to try.
