Frame appears good, did you try cleaning the sled contacts? (even though they appear clean)

Other than cleaning the battery sled contacts with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol I'm out of ideas. Does the door seems to fit properly without more of a gap in top or bottom than when new?

What happens if you switch position of the cell that's showing lower voltage drop with one of the other cells? Is it the slot in the sled or the cell that continues to be lower?

That's how it would read if balance connector was not plugged in as far as the individual cells, pack too I believe.

Can you vape with it when connected via USB or does the board/screen just power on?

This diagram was posted some time back by VapingBad in reference to the Reuleaux DNA200. If each cell is 4.13 volts then the cell you show having 3.xx volts should be 4.13 volts with the others being 8.26 volts and 12.39 volts. Using this diagram your pack voltage appears correct but voltage on the cell connected to pin #1 is low. Check the wire and it's solder connections that goes to pin #1 and to battery sled. (battery in upper position of diagram) I'm curious as to what pack voltage and cell voltages are showing in Escribe/Device Monitor

Do you have a phone that uses the same type cable? Will it connect to your computer using one of the cables that you tried ?

There are cables that charge only. Will it connect on another computer?

Using Device Monitor in Escribe take note of the voltage drop on the cells when firing. Here is an example, in my case the voltage dropped from 4.1 volts to 3.88 volts. If yours is dropping to/below cell soft cutoff the board will reduce power.

I had a similar problem with my son's computer when I bought a new USB keyboard for him. His computer would not recognize it but my computer would. After much messing around with it the USB mouse was no longer recognized but another mouse would work. Tried different USB ports, rebooting, ect. The fix was to go into Device Monitor and uninstall as many USB ports as possible (till you get the one your mouse is on). Try to remember which ones you uninstalled the first time and uninstall the rest when it restarts. Not to worry, Windows will put them all back. Hope this helps, in my case I was ready to replace the motherboard when the above fixed it.

Will it turn on when connected with charger/computer?

I suspect you have it now set for 3 cells. Go into Escribe and set/ make sure that it's set for 2. Was there already some problem with it for you to want to do a reset?

If Escribe says it's a 200 then it's a 200. There were some 200's that said "250" on them but would charge at 1 amp from computer but were 200's. More info here:

Is this a 2 cell mod? What does Escribe say is the voltage on each cell? If one cell is way above 4.2 and the other is really low and you know that's not their true readings then the battery management chip has gone bad.

The battery management chip is defective, nothing can be done other than replace the board/mod to fix it by the consumer.
