  1. Well SP5 is fine but for the 75 it is the same firmware. So your good there.
  2. Escribe/tools /apply service pack. Steer it to the latest date of DNA75. Start with Escribe 1.2 SP3
  3. Did you re-flash the firmware by chance also? You might give that a try, can't hurt.
  4. The curve can probably be found on this forum. I calculate 12.5% less than stated mah for 18650's ( on a 200 board) Keep in mind that only the "fuel gauge" is effected not battery performance with the csv
  5. It depends on the speed that they are going South, a little is normal.
  6. Agree. As cells age capacity drops, abused drops even more.
  7. If it were mine I'd lower the watt hours by 15 - 20% and see how that goes, battery performance won't be affected.
  8. If it's the same hardware cutoff as the 200 it won't make much difference if set below 28.5 volts. I don't know what the hardware cutoff for the 250 is though.
  9. The replacement batteries are said to be better than the originals...just what I read, no experience with them.
  10. You need to RMA the board, it appears there is a problem with the battery management section of the board. https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  11. I would think that you will be asked to send them your bad board and they send you a new one.....that's usually what happens. They're pretty good that way.
  12. Try here: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  13. If you can determine pack is present at B+ and B- using a meter then you need to check for pack voltage between B- and the upper (towards center) end of the fuse. Keep in mind that the board is coated so it may be difficult to make a connection at the fuse. Or without battery connected check for continuity between B+ and upper end of fuse.
  14. Gee, maybe open a ticket with Evolv and link to your posts in this thread. https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  15. 15 min later from default settings or the earlier "fix"?
  16. The "Restore Defaults" button under the General tab will set it to how it left Evolv's facility. I recommend saving your existing settings first (File/save as) as a backup.
  17. Just highlight the materials and note the values of the graph. If you put up the window to change it the settings for Ni (or last setting made with EScribe stilll open) will show but nothing changes till you push "OK"
  18. They are not changing back...look at the graph values before you open the small window to change it to see that.
  19. By using Device Monitor in EScribe you will be able to see the standing voltage and voltage under load of the cells when firing. It be good if you could post what they are. There could very well be a problem with the connection between the batteries and battery contacts or perhaps with the cells themselves.
  20. That is how mine is also. There were some corrections made to SP5 so perhaps that reflects that. I really don't know. Edit: from the Early software page "[SP5a fixes a few minor EScribe bugs in SP5.]"
  21. I'm at a loss for an answer, perhaps someone will have it.
  22. Is the cold resistance the same as before you updated/ was the atty warm at the time of the update?
  23. With the idea of keeping things peaceful I'm locking this thread.
