  1. The material "Watts" is a csv file that sets the electrical resistivity curve for that wire and remains constant. It does not change due to profile settings. If Temp-sensing is not checked then wattage (power is used) to regulate the vape as their is no electrical resistive curve set . If temp -sensing is checked then temperature is used to regulate according to the electrical resistivity of the material. That is why when you select the material for Nickel 200 it has a different csv file and different electrical resistivity curve (when temp-sensing is selected). Probably not the best explanation on this subject but I hope you understand .... About Replay.... Replay is a new feature introduced on the DNA 250C and 75C. Replay is intended to capture the flavor and satisfaction of the “perfect puff” and provide the same level of performance and consistency on all subsequent puffs. The use of Nickel, Stainless, Titanium, or other material that increases in resistance when heated is required. In addition, Replay will also prevent dry hits when used with wattage control. To use Replay set the device to the desired power level and operate it normally. Once a satisfying puff is achieved, activate the feature to save and replay the saved puff each time the device is fired. Puff length is not a factor and the user will not be limited to the length of the previous puff. Disable Replay to resume normal operation or find a new puff to save. If Replay cannot be enabled the coil is not compatible.
  2. Start a ticket with Evolv tech support and include that picture ....they will guide you.... Link: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  3. Recovery takes a LONG TIME and most times it isn't successful and sometimes you have to run it more than once.... hopefully your spare pack isn't discharged also....
  4. It seem that the common theme of the ones that don't charge is that all batteries are almost completely discharged.... setting on the shelf for extended times allows the batteries to drain as a very small current drains continuously but takes a long time to get to the point your's are at... when the voltage of the battery gets that low the charging circuit will not charge them.... you might try recovery... if that doesn't work replace the batteries...note that the recovery charging process takes a long time....

  6. Great.... please let us know what the issue resolution is.... have a great day...
  7. will look again..... am looking at many themes, as I have time, so they kinda run together....
  8. And I am not schooled in electronics but James is the expert so maybe he can shed some light if he drops by.... and/or you could open a ticket with Evolv... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  9. Will look at the theme just to see how you set it up....I will load it on a 250C with 4 batteries as I have no 2 or 3 cell 250c.... can you PM me with your ecig file with the theme you made? Question: When batteries are fully charged and the DNA is not charging anything do you get the voltage on cell 3&4? In other words could this be a voltage charge rate reading? James would be the one to talk about battery balancing 2,3,4 batteries..... My question would be how do you measure voltage on batteries that don't exist in the device and would/could leakage cause the issue you are describing?
  10. From the DNA data sheets: Replay is a new feature introduced on the DNA 250C. 11. If I recall the Paranormal uses 2 batteries and the TV Finder uses 3. The device wiring for 2 and 3 batteries is different than a 4 cell device as you said. The link below is the Datasheet and has wiring diagrams. EScribe settings are to be set for the wiring and number of batteries.... What voltages do you have when the correct number of batteries are selected in EScribe ? In order to get the correct voltages the wiring has to be correct for the number of batteries selected in EScribe, don't you think? https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf
  12. The software version is for EScribe and the firmware version is for the device.... you are up to date on both....
  13. I will download your latest theme (English version) and play with it as I get time...... EDIT: Upon first glance I noticed many times on different pages the translation was not done into English yet. Also I was vaping in Replay on my current theme when I uploaded your theme and your theme showed "Replay" instead of "Halt" but was showing selected and playing in the profile in EScribe (Wattage Profile). I tried to run Replay and it would never save and show "Halt". It showed activated in the Replay page of your theme. I then uploaded my current theme back onto the device and it was still Playing.... Will await an update to test further.... hope this helps
  14. Where did you download EScribe from? Post a link to the site where you downloaded EScribe from please... or can you download it again and post the download file here?
  15. Several things come to mind.... Is the Boost turned up in your Profile? Are you getting a lot of battery sag (as can be seen in Device Monitor)? What do you get (looking at Device Monitor) by just firing the device without taking a vape?
  16. No official doc's/video's of how it works as of yet. From the Datasheet (linked below) it says: Replay Replay is a new feature introduced on the DNA 250C. 17. The display is not attached to the board. You might contact Evolv for the any further information you want at this link.... select Tech Support https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/?a=add
  18. IF the board specs will help.... there is detailed measurements pics in these pdf datasheets... https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna75color.pdf
  19. Can you post the theme file here or a link to the theme download and the theme name.?
  20. I have no temp setting in my Replay profile and the material is set to Watts. That is how Replay was designed to work but can work in TC profiles also..To me when you set your "Perfect Puff" there is no need to adjust anything while Playing as you have already found the puff you like.. Being able to raise or reduce wattage while Playing can change the "Perfect Puff" you set to Play thus it is no longer your "Perfect Puff" and it may confuse ones who have not used a DNA nor temp control. . At least that's my thoughts. Replay is designed to be simple so once you set the puff no adjustments are needed so that is why I offered the suggestion.... By the way, your themes are the best I've seen...... I even offered a suggestion to Evolv about one of the features you added to this theme on the lock screen.... I've been beta testing for them for years now...
  21. I like the Material-ish too..... I do have one thing that may need changing on both UI's. When Playing you can select the wattage shown right under the Red Gauge and you can change the wattage while Playing. I selected it and dropped the wattage from 22 to 5 and this effected Playing by reducing the vape drastically. Playing, I think, should remain as it was initially set. Is their a purpose for being able to select that wattage and to change it while Playing?
