  1. @iambyrdman glad you got Replay back...... @drmaz2000..... If you still don't get Replay to play yet you might go in Escribe to the Replay Profile and change the Cold ohms to zero.... upload to device..... you should get a New Coil message when you try to fire.... select YES..... vape the device and see it you get the Save Puff option.... if so select save puff and Playing should show replay is working....
  2. OK...... are we getting Replay yet???? Just for information: Replay is a new feature introduced on the DNA 250C. Replay is intended to capture the flavor and satisfaction of the “perfect puff” and provide the same level of performance and consistency on all subsequent puffs. The use of Nickel, Stainless, Titanium, or other material that increases in resistance when heated is required. In addition, Replay will also prevent dry hits when used with wattage control. To use Replay set the device to the desired power level and operate it normally. Once a satisfying puff is achieved, activate the feature to save and replay the saved puff each time the device is fired. Puff length is not a factor and the user will not be limited to the length of the previous puff. Disable Replay to resume normal operation or find a new puff to save. If Replay cannot be enabled if the coil is not compatible.
  3. @iambyrdman.... change wire to SS316 and see..... I have to go for about 20 minutes.... be back.... maybe @Feecting can jump in for a bit....
  4. Thanks for helping out @Feecting........
  5. @iambyrdman....... is Support Replay checked in the profile you are using and the wire material selected?
  6. I corrected my last post.... Replay as seen on the device is telling you what Profile you are using.... does it vape now with the settings you set in Replay Profile.... what wire did you set in the profile?
  7. @drmaz2000...... Correction...... That is the Profile you are using....
  8. @iambyrdman....... What-a coil...... so it works on the 75C in TC mode.... now does it work in TC mode on the 250c devices also? Can we see a Screen shot of one of the 250C's vaping that atty in TC mode..?
  9. OK.... probably the changes in the theme could have done it.... You now have the Evolv theme I think so make sure the Profile is set to the Replay Profile and make sure Support Replay is checked in the Profile setting... see if that gets you going....
  10. Yep the 250C defaults to 4 cells and the 200 to 3 cells... What were you doing when you lost Replay?
  11. You restored the Default Evolv file probably. You need to go into the Mod Tab and see what the Battery setting is set to..... A 2 cell device should be set to 2 and not 4 cells (default Evolv setting). See if that gets you going...
  12. OK..... If you want we can do a few things to see if we can get you going.... I assume you build your own coils.... Take your atty with the SS316L build and put it on the 75C and see if it vapes in TC mode. This will tell us that the build should work on the 250C...
  13. Check Atomizer: The DNA has detected a large resistance change during operation, the atomizer has shorted out, or the atomizer resistance is incorrect for the power setting. Battery Analyzer has nothing to do with Replay AFAIK...... If you want we can try to see what is happening. But we need more information please.... First questions.... Have you owned any other DNA devices prior to these? Which ones....?
  14. Here is the datasheet for the 250C and there is information about replay included.... https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf
  15. @sam.... Welcome to the Forum.... I posted this in another thread the other day and will post it here.... I'm confident that when Evolv feels the Replay addition to the 75C is stable enough and any major and most minor bugs corrected they will release it. Replay was designed into the new 250C and was not just an update to an old board. Replay for the 75C is an update for the legacy 75C so more work must be done to modify the software/firmware designed for the 250C to get any kinks properly addressed in order for it to work in the 75C. The work of the software/firmware guys, the hardware guys, the alpha/beta testers work, and etc. all reach a point eventually where they feel is is ready to release. As a member of the alpha/beta team for many years I have seen many times when a release is just about to pop and something is found that needed a bit more work. This pushes the release date further down the road a bit. Hopefully this info will give folks a better understanding of the process.... after all which company always brings out the NEW technology first? Replay is closer to release for the 75C now than it was a week ago.....
  16. @iambyrdman What Device do you have? Showing a 4 cell device ..... @Badnews69 Looks much better..... You also could try changingTemperature in Preheat to Punch and adjust it up toward Hard 5 setting with watts still set to 75 in Preheat. May get you to Temp a bit faster....
  17. How about a bit more info (like what BadNews gave us).....
  18. BadNews.... it looks like you need to turn up the power (watts), say to 45 or 50..... preheat should be OK at 375F.... From the screenshot after the preheat reaches 375F it shuts down and the power wattage continues. Your reaching 35 watts of power and the temp is only raising slowly toward your set temp.... raising the wattage to 40/45/or 50 should allow it to reach the set temp of 450F. Here is a screenshot showing my vape setting the power and preheat to the right settings to get a quick rise during preheat and achieving the set temp quickly..... Keep working at the settings and you will get there...
  19. You may be able to upload it from Help/Backup in EScribe also... just select which one of the backups you want.

  21. The DNA 250 and DNA 250C both have 2 amp charging...
  22. Charger The DNA 75 has a built in 1A USB charger. It automatically detects the type of USB power supply it is connected to, so it can be plugged into standard PC USB ports or higher power chargers. Here is the datasheet for the 75 board.... https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna75.pdf Just a personal note- I've been charging batteries in the device on all DNA's since 2011....

    Help

The Black coating at the point of ground can cause problems and should be removed... A solid ground is necessary for proper operation........ Any coating on the threads of the 510 connector should also be removed to assure a good ground to the atty....
  24. You also can run Battery Analyzer yourself which creates the discharge profile. You could share this with others also....
  25. You might try this csv for SS 316L..... This one came from EScribe DNA200 Material list.... SS 316L.csv
