  1. So you changed the CSV files and it did nothing different while charging? And your 250C stopped charging at 98% with the 250 CSV file uploaded to it?
  2. Your screenshots do no show the Temperature and Temperature Set data so we can look at that.... Tick the Temp and Temp Set boxes on the left of the screen. to add them to your screen shots......
  3. Also, save your 250C file first so you can use it later if you need to....
  4. You can save the file from the 250 to your computer and upload it to your 250C....
  5. You mentioned that in your 250 the pack shows 100%. Have you used the CSV file of your 250 in your 250C?
  6. Have you ran Battery Analyzer. In a lot of threads it is mentioned that can give a more accurate reading for your specific batteries. It analyzes your batteries capacity and discharge profile.
  7. Does the battery plug into the device or is it soldered in? If plugged in an you check the voltage of each cell with a meter when unplugged and fully charged? Could cell 4 be failing and has the battery started to swell? Have you ran the device in Power Supply Mode with battery pack plugged in also? How old is the battery? Have you tried the USB Battery Recovery Charging function?
  8. Did you try this: Vape in TC mode........ do screenshot while vaping (Device Monitor also showing Temp and Temp Set added to your graph) then while still connected to Device Monitor Start Replay....Create screenshot while vaping ... Compare the 2 screenshots....
  9. Do you get the same results using a different set of batteries??? Did you check the voltage of each battery with a volt meter?
  10. HUM..... this is for e-liquid?????? thinkin' that I can't comment further.... ☮️
  11. Are you wanting to vape in Power (watt) mode? If so click OFF.....
  12. When I read a description about the RX200 I see this: It is integrated with industry-leading reverse polarity protection with triple 18650 battery platform and all-new powerful RX200 on-board chipset. This device doesn't have a DNA board in it... You need to contact Wismec....
  13. What gauge wire is the filament? And how many wraps? How are you wicking the e-liquid? Does the wicking and e-liquid surround the halogen bulb and touch it?? How about a picture of this atty?
  14. Which device do you have? And what battery is in it (if you know)... Is it set to Maximum Puffs? Here is the default battery CSV for 4 cell Li-Po pack (taken from EScribe). You might save your CSV to your computer and compare it with this default CSV. There is no field that I know of to input the WH for 250C... Default CSV 250C.csv
  15. I would let Evolv look at it.... just RMA it.... they will get you going... let us know how it goes.....
  16. The Screen Brightness and Fading settings are the only settings I am aware of.... I set my brightness while charging to zero as you said.... as a side note about battery safety.... it is never good to charge batteries unattended..... batteries that fail while charging can make bad thing happened....
  17. The display, when lighted will draw current. It sounds like when your device completed charging @ 98% ( RELATIVE READING) you got a green light and charging stopped. It sounds like you left the device connected to your charging method and the screen stayed on. This will draw current which could account for the reduction in charge from 98% to 94%. Unplug the device and plug it back in and it should charge up again... When charged disconnect and you should not see such a reduction when not using the device... That is my thoughts from what I understand you are saying....
  18. Best guess... N30 wire material per Profile 5... Your ohm's while firing are flat lining.... no change in ohms while firing thus the dna won't recognize the wire as a wire that will work with temp control (like kanthal does too)... Here is a TFR downloaded as a CSV file for DNA's from Steam Engine.... compare it to your N30 CSV.... I've never used N30. DNA200-NiFe30_(Resistherm_-_TCR)-SteamEngine.csv
  19. Can you give us a screen shot showing your Profile 5 from Escribe?
  20. OK I read your post.... so the adapters like the one I posted are available but not within specs but are being sold and used.... My question...... to use a type C connector on a DNA board wouldn't it require a new circuit board design and related firmware?
  21. Material tab in Escribe.... select a Material (or you can do a Custom Material)....
  22. And make sure the mod is at room temperature to start..... I let mine set overnight.... 😊
  23. OK..... I have used an adapter for a while now to convert C connector of my computer to USB and plug in a usb to micro usb cable to charge my DNA devices from my computer without any issues.... transfers data also.... so what I'm doing will kill my devices?
  24. So, are you saying the adapter could allow higher voltage charging from the on board charger and kill the on board charger and also kill the device? Electronics is not my forte...
  25. Would this work... https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-CHOETECH-Convert-Connector-Keychain/dp/B071L82JT8/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1532096169&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=micro+usb+female+to+usb+c+male&psc=1
