Do you see in the General Tab the Settings screen for choice between "DL'"and "MTL" now? Connect device and screen shot DL profiles and then screenshot MTL profiles.

Again what atty and what coil configuration are you using? Have you tried a different atty? Give a screenshot of Atomizer2 profiles. Screenshots are with the device connected to EScribe.

If you started a ticket with Evolv they should reply back to you. Your issue may be a mod design issue, a connectivity issue, a bad solder joint, or many other things. Yes I saw the manual and the page in the manual you post. What atty and what coil are you using?

Try changing Fading >After Firing to "Activate the Screen". If the screen turns on sometimes it could be that the display ribbon that connects the display to the board is getting pinched by the one of the buttons when pushing them and it is usually the fire button...

All the components are placed on the board by a pick-and-place machine and are not hand soldered.... as I understand it.... I have, over the past 9 years, noticed that the Evolv folks are pretty straight shooters. 😊

In EScribe Device Monitor, when you connect the device it will update the time/date.... Quickly changing batteries will keep time/date. These are the options other than manually setting after device is without batteries too long...
