  1. The problem seems to be the firmware update. In the above steps I applied SP35, which fixed the issue but gave me the error press up bug. But when I try to update to SP38, it happens again - device appears off, wont fire, ...etc. I have reapplied SP33 and it seems fine now. I'm not sure why this is the case, as my other DNA device is using SP38 with no problems, but I guess it is what it is, just glad to have both working again. Thank you again @retird for your help, you are an escribe GOD!
  2. It says, "A Service Pack is about to be applied. Before clicking OK, please make sure that the device is idle." When I click OK, I am to select a file. I can go to "DNA 250 Color" and there are 3 files to choose from: 1_1_SP33_2_US.sw-service 1_1_SP35_US.sw.service 1_1_SP38_US.sw.service When I select one, it appears to apply the service pack and says, "Service Pack applied." Oh my god it works now! Holy .... you just made my day! Thank you!!!!
  3. I've had this device for about a month now. When I got it, I did not update the firmware - I just saved the default theme and settings, and then transferred over my own theme and settings that I have been using on a different device. All was fine, except I noticed that when it had been idle for about 30 minutes or so, the first time I would go to fire the device there would be a few second delay on the first fire. So, I thought maybe it was a firmware issue that would be fixed with an update. So I connected to my escribe, downloaded settings to the software and clicked the button to update firmware. It did it's thing and loaded everything like normal, but now my device will not turn on at all. Also, when I connect the escribe I get this error, "The firmware is still starting. It may take a moment." I have taken out the batteries and let it rest for a few minutes. I have removed the RDA. I have tried the 5 clicks on the fire button. Still will not turn on. Also, I have tried connecting my other device to escribe and it connects just fine. Have a just bricked my device? I'm so upset right now, I really need help. Please anybody. Thank you in advanced!
  4. I have looked all over and can't find a solution that has really helped me. I am regularly getting this screen to pop up and it's getting very annoying. I am not changing atty's and I have checked my connections. My readings change from 0.18 to 0.195 and it asks all too often. I have changed the lock percent to the maximum (87.5%) to try and stop this and it still displays. Obviously the difference is not 85% but it keeps asking anyways. I am using the default Drone BF theme with some slight alterations. How can I make sure it doesn't ask unless it is actually a different coil with 0.3 or more difference for example? Note: I am advanced user, meaning I am more than willing to re-measure ohms manually when I connect a new coil, if I could just get this message to stop popping up.
  5. Is it possible to have profiles represented by an image instead of text? Or perhaps have an image on the profile screen that changes depending on the profile that is enabled? I've made a few profiles that are based on builds in certain RDAs that I use, and it would be cool if I could put the RDA logo as the profile name. I feel like the answer is no, cause I haven't seen any profiles doing this, but figured it was worth a shot as I am brand new to EScribe. Thanks in advance!
  6. So I did it, I flipped the tube and it's squonking much better now. Thank you so much for that awesome idea, you rock! 😎👍
  7. Ooo! That's a great idea, I might try that. Thank you! Before I disassemble it, do you know of any videos showing that process? Have looked for one but can't find anything.
  8. Yeah I have tried turning the nipple in different directions but it doesn't seem to help. I think I might have to buy a new hose for it and just swap it out. I feel like this one's just been sitting with the kink for too long.
  9. So I have looked all over for someone else with this issue, and have had no luck. I just received a Drone, and its my first squonk and first DNA device. Wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the hose inside under the 510 being bent (kinked, pinched) to the point that it's undesirably slowing the squonking action. Any tips or advice to fix would be VERY much appreciated. *edit* I have tried moving the hose around to get it into a more comfortable position, I have also tested with the top off and it squonks beautifully when the hose is not bent, but putting it back inside the device always puts too much angle on the hose, bending it. Thank you for your time!
