  1. I have lock screen time set to a few minutes so mostly if I do want to check charging % the screen is locked when I click the fire button so there is no drop in charge current. I mostly just watch the LED color though.
  2. I have several mods that have a slight space between the fire button and the case where light from the LED can be seen. Red for charging and Green for charged shows in this space. If I want to see the charge % all I need to do is click the fire button to turn on the screen... pretty easy....
  3. heck, just try it..... I never have tried it but would guess it interrupts vaping....
  4. The DNA 250C supports USB On-The-Go. An OTG adapter may be plugged into the Micro USB port on the device to charge any other device capable of charging via USB. By default OTG charging must be toggled on manually from the device. OTG charging can be configured to begin automatically using the Power Bank option in EScribe on the Display tab. OTG charging will not over-drain the DNA 250C. Data Sheet: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf
  5. I don't know anything about this site but here is one of the links... I googled " 3d printer dna 75c projects " https://www.yeggi.com/q/dna+75c/
  6. And....try this Follow these steps: Plug device into Escribe and open Device Monitor (no atty attached) Lower left corner (LLC in later instructions) should say Normal or Charging. If it also says Locked then click the fire button 5 times. Press fire button once. Voltage drops. No atomizer message in lower center of Device Monitor. Press and hold adjust button for a second or 2. No Atomizer should appear to the right of Mode in LLC (toward the center of the line, not close to Mode section). Adjust message seen in the Button: category. (lower section of Device Monitor). Press fire button 5 times. Mode should show Locked (in either Normal or Charge Mode. Press fire button and voltage should drop. Press adjust button and where it says Buttons it should say “Adjust” Press adjust button 6 times… may say “adjust” or “none” beside Button… no change in voltage while clicking 6 times. What are your results compared to this description? If you don't get these results do a HARD RESET of the device and repeat the previous post again. What are the results? TOOLS/DIAGNOSTICS/REBOOT DEVICE/HARD REBOOT
  7. In Device Monitor what does it say in the lower left corner. If locked click fire button 5 times....
  8. Glad you got it sorted out. It's a shame that the device manufacturer didn't do his job. If you hadn't been adept in how the DNA should work you probably would not have noticed it as an issue either. Enjoy, and Merry Christmas to you also....
  9. Link to DNA60 Datasheet in case you don't have it: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna60.pdf I don't own a DNA60 device so others around here will be of more help but what does EScribe show as the ohm value under the Mod/Electrical tab?
  10. This video shows an extender plate for the 510.... wondering if that may make a difference in resistance??? Would there be a difference if the extender plate was removed and the atty screwed into the base 510??? Just a thought....
  11. I haven't seen a double Orange flash. Here is a link to the Reflex Online Manual that shows many colors/flashes and etc. https://www.evolvapor.com/manuals/reflex/#1
  12. I don't use that theme so you can play around with the different menu items till you find what you need... All themes are different depending on the design...
  13. Have you built the same coil and used it on a different rda?
  14. Could be flipped in the Theme..... there is a setting in the theme designer that is "Display-flipped" if that setting is a part of your Theme design.
  15. Rapidly change the batteries and it should keep time. You can connect to EScribe Device Monitor and the time becomes correct again also.

Not a known problem with the dna board ... could be just a misstep when putting the device together.
  17. hum, you stated you cannot send to Evolv for repair. OK start a ticket with Evolv and state the issue and that you cannot send it to them. They will reply back, hopefully telling you what they think the issue is and they may guide you further. Did you try connecting to EScribe from a different computer USB port or a different computer? Link to Evolv.... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  18. The Discharge Profile (as seen in EScribe) may be different from the the first theme you had and the theme you loaded recently. First thing to check..... if you saved the original Finder theme you can compare them...

  20. The main thing is to do what works for you. I use the same tank on the device and just refill it. No need to wait for cooling. I have other devices and each has its own tank. No need to swap tanks. The DNA has very complicated firmware that measures many things at once in order to control the temperature in TC and Replay mode. It's more than just measuring resistance. Using just wattage is pretty simple. In EScribe the Device Monitor is your friend and can help you diagnose and fine tune. If you want to perform the task I posted it should show that the resistance will not go lower than first cold reading. Bottom line is do-what-floats-your boat. As long as you are happy that's all that matters... Will be away from the forum for some time but will check back later on. Others are also trying to assist you here....
  21. OK, When using TC or Replay you need to start with both the device and the atty at the same temperature (normally called room temperature). If you want you can build a new single wire SS316L spaced coil, wick it and fill tank. Set it aside. Set the device to TC, 425F with preheat at 5 and no punch and let the device set. Let device and atty rest until both are at the same ambient temperature. Screw on the atty. Fire and select new coil. Don't lock the coil ohms. See if this helps.
  22. When your coil drops below "cold" by 20 to 30% (as you said earlier) do you get a message to select either "new" or "old" coil? In all my years (over 10 and numerous DNA's) I've not seen what you are experiencing. I use SS316L Notch coils and have for years with no issues in TC or Replay. When you change atty's, as you just did, are the device and the atty both cold, or did you just take off an atty being used and put on another?
