  1. Does this device work now? https://www.evolvapor.com/warranty
  2. Did a bit of checking from a very reliable source : The upgrade can only operate on windows system. MAC computer can not operate it. Correction: Early Release version..... found in this forum... Maybe you can find a Windows computer to update you mod....
  3. Last page of instructions: If you have any problems while upgrade? Send an email to info@lostvape.com with the heading “Upgrade Problem” and we’ll get back to you in three work days. Thinkin' lots of folks can benefit if Lost Vapes will include Mac version in their install procedure...😉
  4. Great you got it sorted out... but it would be good to keep the battery in the device, use it till it gets to the point it needs to be charged, and charge it within the device to make sure the charging circuit balance charges the battery up to 99% again....... 😉
  5. OK, please let us know what goes.....
  6. The 70% peak may be a CSV file thing but the balance issue may be a battery internal thing or a charger circuit thing in the device. But you say you can externally charge the battery and it is balanced at 100%. Screenshot of my 4 cell completely charged in the device. Shows 99% charge reading. My Battery is not the same one as yours.
  7. So even at 70% each cell isn't balanced?
  8. So it doesn't balance charge in the device?
  9. Not many folks have a 4 cell 250C. Your cell 3 seems to be out of balance in the screenshot. You might compare this CSV file to your CSV. Save your battery CSV file and load this one (attached file) if you want to see if that helps or you can run battery analyzer to create a CSV for that battery pack.. Screenshot of my 4 cell 250C while still charging: 4cellcsv.csv
  10. Sorry for the delay.... Storm took out our power and Internet.... Start a ticket with Evolv and they will guide you.... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  11. If you don't get these results do a HARD RESET of the device and repeat the previous post again. What are the results? TOOLS/DIAGNOSTICS/REBOOT DEVICE/HARD REBOOT
  12. Follow these steps: Plug device into Escribe and open Device Monitor (no atty attached) Lower left corner (LLC in later instructions) should say Normal or Charging. If it also says Locked then click the fire button 5 times. Press fire button once. Voltage drops. No atomizer message in lower center of Device Monitor. Press and hold adjust button for a second or 2. No Atomizer should appear to the right of Mode in LLC (toward the center of the line, not close to Mode section). Adjust message seen in the Button: category. (lower section of Device Monitor). Press fire button 5 times. Mode should show Locked (in either Normal or Charge Mode. Press fire button and voltage should drop. Press adjust button and where it says Buttons it should say “Adjust” Press adjust button 6 times… may say “adjust” or “none” beside Button… no change in voltage while clicking 6 times. What are your results compared to this description?
  13. What happens when you take off the pod and repeat the process you described. What do you see in Device Monitor? What does it say in the lower left corner of Device Monitor?
  14. Have you searched the forum for the csv file for those batteries? You can run Battery Analyzer to create your own.... look for Battery Analyzer under the Mod/Battery tab in EScribe.
  15. You might look under the mod tab and see if 1.0 is enabled.... The instructions say: Make sure the software installed is the V2.0 SP20 If you still need help see the last page of the instructions for further help.. INSTRUCTION-UPGRADE SOFTWARE-ORION DNA GO.pdf
  16. Simple answer is to periodically charge the device. When not in use a very small amount of current still flows and after long period of non-use the battery is discharged to a level that the on-board charger will not activate. Key is to fully charge before putting the device in mothballs and top off the charge every 4 to 5 months..... another option is if you can unplug a fully charged battery pack (depends on design of the device).
  17. Can you save the theme you are using to the computer and post a copy of the file here? Will take a look at it....
  18. You might start a ticket with Evolv and explain what happened. Tell them you think the usb connector just needs to be replaced. See what they say. Also tell them the name of the mod and how long you have had it. Here is the link.... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  19. You can replace the board.... https://www.evolvapor.com/shop If you are really skilled in working on circuit boards, and the board is not damaged, I guess you could replace the usb connector....
  20. I'll ask again: Does it work just fine while vaping in TC mode on the 250C? I'll ask again: Can you put the same coil in a different atty and try it on the 250C in TC and Replay modes? The 250C is different than the 200 and 250....... Please comment after you do these things....
  21. The check atomizer message can mean several things. Maybe the device is built different than the 200 and 250 you have (the 200 and 250 don't have replay either) and there is a connection issue with that atty which will give a check atty message.. Can you put the same coil in a different atty and try it? Note that some atty's don't play well with replay..... here is a link if you choose to visit..... your atty may, or may not be one shown that doesn't play well with replay... https://forum.evolvapor.com/forum/42-replay-and-atomizers/ Does it work just fine while vaping in TC mode on the 250C?
  22. hum.... can you save your theme to a computer and install this theme and try it.... maybe something in your theme...
  23. Start a ticket with Evolv.... link in my sig line....
  24. hum.... you might try opening EScribe than connect your device and see if it will be recognized then you might do a hard reboot from EScribe to see if that helps....
