  1. What do you get when you build a single wire spaced coil? Not a fused or twisted coil? Does the resistance vary depending on how much you screw the atty on like before? If the issue continues start a ticket with Evolv.... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  2. Each DNA250C board has a serial number but you would need to physically check each mod in EScribe to see if it was your stolen mod. And you would need to know the serial number of your mod. Does the device have a serial number of the device printed on the outside of the device? Again, you would need to check each device you see to find out if it's yours.
  3. No location tracking feature built into the DNA 250C board.
  4. Surely they will guide you to a PSU that will make the 250C hum................
  5. The DNA is not a true pass thru as the power supply furnishes input power to the circuit board and the circuit board regulates the output to the atty. Let us know what you find out.
  6. My guess is the power supply is not able to give you what's needed to reach your desired wattage... You might contact the mod maker and discuss this with them.
  7. Post a screenshot of Device Monitor (while firing the device).
  8. Can you check the output voltage of the power supply. Your Device Monitor screenshot is only showing 9.375 volts....
  9. You said this is a pass thru mod (no batteries in the mod). Is the battery selection in EScribe set to "power supply" 12 Volts. Your power supply is 12 volts, right?
  10. Here is the Datasheet for the 250C. It has graphs that show max output power per coils ohm's and wire materials. May be helpful. https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf
  11. I had a 510 connector several years ago that did the same thing. I used a 510 to 510 adapter between the atty and the device 510 connector and it worked until I got around to changing the 510 of the device. I've also had poor connections to the 510 of the device (cold solder joints and/or loose chassis grounds). I've even had bad insulators between the center pin and the 510 base.
  12. Have you fired the atty and let it get cold and then ran Atty Analyzer?
  13. How about typing the lower resistance in the cold ohm's box and locking that???
  14. Have you tried, with a cold atty/coil, measuring the coil from within the profile and locking it. See what you get...
  15. Evolv has an optional charger board that goes with the DNA60. Their web site shows it as discontinued $10.00 From the Datasheet for the DNA 60: Charger: An external 1A Micro USB charger for the DNA 60 is available separately. It automatically detects the type of USB power supply it is connected to, so it can be plugged into standard PC USB ports or higher power chargers. It also includes pinouts for a data connection to utilize EScribe. Please see the Evolv website for more information. You might contact Evolv and see if it is still available. Also check with your mod maker and see if they used the Evolv charger board... 16. May I inject one note: When using 3 batteries in series they should be married and only used together. They get charged together and used together. Don't use in another device unless it uses 3 cells also.
  17. Start a ticket with Evolv.... see my sig line below for the link....
  18. Yep Temp Control just means you have reached the desired temperature and the DNA is regulating the temperature..... you are using spaced coils right??
  19. So you have also tried a different atty and you took an ohm reading of the atty (coil installed) before attaching the atty to the device? Some atty's by design don't work well with DNA's... just a thought....

  21. Hello..... right click the mouse and click on translate...
  22. Same versions I run..... mine has no led light when idle..... Curious if my Theme on your device has the same green light on idle.... it doesn't on mine... Theme if you want to try it.... TEST THEME 75C.ecigtheme
