What do you mean by "locked". What version of EScribe and What SP (as shown in Device Monitor) is the device using? Is EScribe the INT version?

hum..... if new device you might return it for replacement or you could start a ticket with Evolv and they can guide you. My best guess, without being able to check the insides of the device, is that there is something in the build of the device or maybe something with the board that's not right. Restore defaults

Save your .ecig file to the computer.... then load the default .ecig file (Evolv one).... do not change any indicator settings.... what do you get now?

Error Messages Temperature Protected: The heating coil reached the maximum allowed temperature during the puff. If this happens, the DNA 250 will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Temp Protect message is just telling you the desired temperature has been reached and the Temp Protect feature is controlling the temperature.

With the default ecig file was there a Discharge Profile seen in the Battery settings? Screenshot please...

Have you tried saving your ecig file to your computer then clicking on Restore Defaults. That should give you Evolv's default ecig file.

Maybe the board is bad or the wiring not correct, or shorted??? It didn't work in the VT133 either before you moved the board. Maybe it has just seen it's better day.... just my best guess...

What device is this? Try this cvs and see if it will load....... not for vtc4 but just seeing if it will load.. my csv.csv

Probably because you have nothing shown in the Discharge Profile portion..... you need to load a CSV file..... you can look at one of the other mods you have to see what I mean...

Never have measured the temperature of those chips but surely that silicone sheet would be more than adequate. I've never seen the board temperature in Device Monitor ever get anywhere close to even 150C. (302F)

Can you let the screen go black than take a close up picture of the screen and post it here?

You must live outside of the USA so shipping costs vary. Battery doors are not an Evolv Product so be thankful they have them.

You probably tried a different atty also and that the connectivity of the atty to the 510 was solid...... Try a hard reboot... probably won't change anything... Did you measure continuity from B- to the the atty ground connection at the atty? Did you measure from the negative atty pad at the board to the negative connection at the atty? Did the board work prior to you drilling the holes bigger?

I have not seen any posts showing what you desire... I searched this forum in April when this thread started... If you run and create one you might post your results...

I would think you are fine... the Production History is the date the DNA board was programmed...

hum, I found many unused wallpapers in a file (not show in theme) and deleted about 5 and it still would't load.... didn't delete any wallpapers being used by the theme tho.... good you got it to load @Wayneo. I'll delete a wallpaper being used and load it.... curious about the theme contents....
