Only fires from device manager

It was locked, but can only be unlocked via the virtual buttons, and when i unplug it when it is unlocked it just gives off a solid colour and cannot but fired. -
My orion only fires when im using escribe, it seems the button the the device itself doesnt respond

the firebutton is borked on my 250c, and i would like to switch its functionality to the select button, and switch to select button to fire. :)
