  5. Updates the firmware.. --- DNA 250 (firmware 1.2 SP6) ---Boost (International Edition only). To aid initial heating of large Kanthal coils, it is now possible to set a Boost Punch. Boost can be configured on-device just like Temperature.Exposed the max puff time for manufacturers. The charging will now back off if the supply keeps disconnecting it (encountered on a Tomo power bank).--- Production Utility ---Fixed the bandgap test on DNA 250 1.2 SP5.1.--- Theme Designer ---Added alignment buttons for controls.Added a "Maintain aspect ratio" option for picture resizing.Copy/Paste now works with multiple controls at a time.Expose "Hold To Change Boost" (International Edition only) for DNA 60 and DNA 250 themes.
  6. Since your device is a DNA 250 you don't have access to Replay..... You need a 250C or 75C or a device with the Go board. I assumed you hd a 250C and when you posted your device picture I saw that you had a 250....

  10. Did it immediately say "too hot" when you put in the battery? When you put in the battery were you able to fire the mod? Does it show "too hot" after installing the battery without an atty attached and not firing device for a minute or two? Atty attached make any difference? Any other information may help....

  14. That's normal.... while charging it may go up to 140-ish or so.... looking at the screenshot you posted... since it wouldn't fire how did the total puffs get to 239 puffs? If this was new and you didn't get it to fire straight out of the box you might want to contact the vendor....may not have been new after all....
  15. Do all the devices have the same setting in this field?
  16. Could it be that you installed the US version instead of the INT version?
  17. So are you talking about the area I marked in RED? Did you click on "Welcome to the new forum"? and then select something from the drop down box shown in the area I marked in YELLOW?
  18. That screen looks like the Reuleaux RX200 which is not a DNA
  19. My understanding is that 5 clicks lock/unlocks the device and the device, after one hour idle, it will go into a low-power sleep mode.
  20. If the screen looks like this it is not a DNA.... if it looks different can you post a picture of it?
  21. Check in Theme Designer>Appearance Tab
  22. Does your Wismec Releaux have a DNA chipset in it or is it the device that has a non-DNA chipset?
