  1. To check the firmware version of your device open Device Monitor and the version will be listed in the bottom right lower corner. (Example is of DNA75C)
  2. I would think that either EScribe or your version of firmware is not the required international version. Here is what the page with profiles looks like/
  3. Have a look here, perhaps it will be of some help. https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/threads/the-ultimate-tcr-list.721201/
  4. Well don't do like I did a couple of weeks ago. I accepted the setting from atomizer analyzer but fogot to upload to device so I had to do it again.
  5. That would be my first choice as well.
  6. The voltage on cell # 1 pretty much tells whats up. Note that the voltage on cell 1 is higher than 4.2 volts. (it's not though). The battery management chip is defective. You can try to return to seller/maker or start a ticket with Evolv. https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  7. The last time I read about a member with this problem they were using an older version of EScribe from before the 250 came out. Is your version one that works with a 250?
  8. First thing would be to try a different cable. External USB hubs can be a problem too.
  9. Agreed

  11. $12 + $2 = $14, not sure but you must have been looking at the board w/screen.
  12. https://www.evolvapor.com/products/dna75color $2 shipping
  13. They are even more here but in stock: https://www.intaste.de/Lost-Vape_3
  14. I'm looking at voltage of cells because % ihas no accuracy
  15. Not the fuse. Charging rate is probably going to be low using USB recovery till it gets to above 2.5 volts per cell.
  16. Go here, to get it taken care of if you don't locate the problem. https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  17. Did you get the PM that I sent you a couple of hours ago?
  18. I have to ask, you did change the setting from 3 or 4 cell to 2 cell...right?
  19. It appears to be using about 22.5 amps, shouldn't be a problem.
  20. Instead of using battery percentage which may not have much accuracy to it take a look at cell voltage using EScribes device monitor both firing and standing voltages.
  21. The screens are most likely coming from different sources as needed.
  22. It's my Drone 250C that has the "lesser" screen.
  23. What does it show when connected to EScribe? Open a ticket with Evolv here: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  24. I have different themes on the three that I have, one appears similar to the one of yours on the left. I just changed the theme on the suspect one and it looks like yours on the left when viewed at an angle.
  25. I must admit that I never have tried it. It is under the "TOOLS" tab at the top left of the main EScribe window, mine says "not installed" when I select it. I am using the International version BTW
