    No the battery management chip doesn't support it unfortunately.

    No the 75C screen would not, the monochrome 75 screen would work with a DNA 200 board.

    Unlikely, but possible I think that you could have lock clicks set to 1 or the auto-lock time set to 1 m

    If you can get to the board you can probably change the screen yourself, just bend the screen cable to keep clear of the fire button (not hard fold and not right next to the glass, fold on a credit card or thin wire).

    Mainly with the better efficiency you should notice longer run time, maybe 10% fewer charge cycles and longer battery lifetime. But also slight less strain on the batteries with more vape power per Amp from the batteries or to put it another way fewer Amps from the battery per Watt vape power.

    I guess they used the wrong value in the theme, it is easy enough to edit the theme, just be sure to save a copy before you make changes.

    Failing that you could do a cotton scorch test and compare to one with Ni adjusting the TCR until they match over a few temps, say 400, 450 and 500 F, just keep a consistent fire time and coil geometry. Or there is an old post here somewhere where John sketches out how to make an accurate curve with a pan of oil, a resistance meter and thermometer.

    The settings look OK, it's the default battery curve from Evolv. I suspect there is a connection issue causing it to see a large voltage sag under load, you should be able to see that in device monitor. I don't know the internals of that mod so can't give specific advice on where to look.

    I would check what it says when connected to EScribe to be sure as it could be a bug in the theme.

    Ultimately the % and specifically 100% will come from the voltage the mod is reading from each battery cell together with the battery cvs. Assuming the csv is normal (100% = 4.2 V) and your battery type is set to Lithium Polymer then one or more cells are probably reading low. You can see the cell voltages in EScribe Device Monitor or set them as custom fields in the Screen tab in EScribe. If you have the mod set for Max Recharges 100% = 4.1 V and the 200 & 250 battery meter has a memory like mobile phones so it can take a little time for it to adjust if you change the batteries.

    Assuming you have not locked the resistance (see spec sheet) press fire between changing atties, if that doesn't work try removing the battery between changing them.

    Yes, probably, it would vary depending on the age of eh battery and the power you vape at, but 3 V is OK, 2.5 V is the min most batteries are speced for. If you prefer it to be a bit higher raise the cut off by all means.

    It is just seeing some battery sag under load (it will start to lower the power output) it can be tired batteries or poor or dirty connections. You could lower the battery capacity on the mod tab in Escribe by 10%, this only affects the metre it will not affect your vape or safety (need to to set Options - User Interface to Manufacture to see the setting).

    Sounds like your external charger is faulty, it should charger to 4.2 V, some charge as high as 4.25 V, personally I prefer to avoid these, but over 4.25 V is not good and could cause poor quality batteries to go into thermal runaway. 4.1 would be around 90%.

    Sounds like a physical connection issue, I would hook up to device monitor and see what the cell voltages are reading and disconnect the atty to get more data if it happens again.

    I have never used screws those holes are for a pin wrench to really be able to tighten well into a 1/2" fine thread, 1/2 UNF over here can't recall what they are called in the USA. (deleted the dup thread)

    Hook it up to EScribe and open Device Monitor on the bottom it shows what buttons are pressed, you do need to press for a couple of seconds before it updates. If it is showing as pressed then it a board issue, if it is not it could be dirt in the switch and you could un clip the top of the switch and clean the inside and underside (concave) of the metal disk. This is a 40 switch, but they are almost the same.
