  1. I have some cheap powerbanks that do that when I pull 2 A +, some seem to reset, it could also be the 250 lowering charge power when it gets hot, put the board temp on the charge screen to check for this and see if it drops at a particular temperature.
  2. Look in device monitor in EScribe to check the battery voltage is reading correctly.
  3. I can never keep up so cheated and checked
  4. Screen, this is the latest version
  5. Google translate: You need to set Options - User Interface = Advanced Вам необходимо установить «Параметры» - «Пользовательский интерфейс» = «Дополнительно»
  6. The top dropdown box on the screen tab in Escribe.
  7. Your battery capacity is probably set too low, there is no harm in adjusting it by trial and error, 22-23 Wh is probably close, but there are probably profiles with the Wh noted for those cells on here that would be even more accurate, If you can see the mod tab go to options - UI and set it to Advanced.
  8. Again that looks to be working perfectly, if you set you current limit to 26 A it may cause it to back off on the power, voltage is fine, it's is not attempting to do temp protection.
  9. But Device Monitor is showing it stable at 100 W and that is the same data that drives the screen, except in your 2nd screen shot, but there is info in that to see why, the batteries are not too stressed and the current is reasonable, bat cant see the voltage, live ohms or temp. It would also be helpful to see the profile & mod settings.
  10. Yes, but when it is not firing at the power you want, it is working fine in that screen shot.
  11. Another shot of device monitor without the battery fields checked and with temperature, board temp and live ohms checked in addition to what you already have selected.
  12. Answering on I will lock this tread and leave the link to the other so all answers are in one place.
  13. Ok it's not the batteries, you can deselect all the battery fields and voltage, temperature, board temp and live ohms. I noticed it fired fine the first 2 of the 3 puffs in the second screen, I would check the coils screws are tight.
  14. No, all Evolv boards are variable wattage and these have no actual value when not firing, some less advanced boards that only measure the resistance and work out what voltage will show them, but that is just variable voltage with a calculator in front.
  15. Run device monitor while firing, select the fields below (+ cell 3) and post a screen shot (pressing [alt]+[PrtSc] copies the active window to windows clipboard and you can just open MS Paint and past it in).
  16. Not good for those making a mod without a USB connection or charger
  17. When connected to escribe you can capture what the board is displaying on the Theme Designer Screen tab, IIRC just click capture on any screen.
  18. If you can export them into a single spreadsheet make 2 new columns with "Battery Charge (%)","Cell Voltage (V)" and save those to a csv, here is one for 25R at 25 W "Battery Charge (%)","Cell Voltage (V)" 0,2.9300000667572 1.97464656829834,3.07999992370605 3.60799622535706,3.16000008583069 7.53291082382202,3.30999994277954 10.5192584991455,3.40000009536743 27.4256477355957,3.54999995231628 43.33251953125,3.64000010490417 66.1994171142578,3.83999991416931 96.0385208129883,4.07000017166138 98.0253524780273,4.1100001335144 100,4.17999982833862
  19. Evolv make all the boards themselves in Ohio, which is what I think 99% of people would consider the chip set, they do use an off the shelf cpu, as does everyone I believe, though some remove the markings. They have completely custom firmware and the rest of the board design and quality of components are a large part of the picture. The last one I looked up was http://www.microchip.com/wwwproducts/en/ATSAMD21E17 on the 75, making chips like that needs a very very expensive specialised production facility.
  20. Temp protection is enabled if you select a temp sensing wire type and don't adjust the them above 600 F, you could have done either of these by mistake. In default config you need to lock (5 clicks) then hold + & - for a couple of seconds to adjust temp and to change coil material lock and hold down all 3 buttons, then for both + & - adjust and fire selects.
  21. @neX thanks for the kind comments, you can change the date format for any theme in theme designer on the language tab, as I'm British I use d.M.yy
  22. It should only zero if you disconnect the coil(s) or battery, yes if the resistance is very different re-sample when the coil and mod are at room temp.
  23. Obviously I am not James, but there is no difference in features at the moment, but as I understand it it's in preparation so manufactures can keep to the pre FDA regulation date (8/8 IIRC) features if new features are added in the future.
