Post a screen like this. Note the voltage drop while firing is 3.76 volts on mine. What does it drop to on yours while firing?

If by chance that you have the battery type set to "Power Supply" it would not charge. Check to see that it is set to 3 cell lithium polymer as shown here: Also does the board fire?

Even though your charger outputs 4.5 amps the board will never draw more than 2 amps, so no problem. Pay attention to cell voltage rather than percentage, 4.1v - 4.2v is full charge. If they are not close in voltage between each other charging will appear to stop while it balance charges which is quite slow. One more thought, have you tried using a different cable?

On all your screens the settings look good. After you did the reset is it possible that it changed from 2 cells to 3? If so change it back to 2 and upload settings. You have it set for maximum recharges which is fine but charging wil stop at around 94% On your 1st screen those wavy lines are not good.

The best work around would be to lower the wattage down and take long slow hits.

As Bill said "batteries can explode" and those salvaged laptop batteries are of the chemistry that does it best. Laptop batteries are generally 4 to 5 amp continuous discharge rated. To supply 100 watts from the board cells with a rating of 15 amp minimum would be required. Personally I would use 30 amp rated cells. You are running a huge risk by over taxing them. If you want to salvage cells from something power tool batteries would be a good source, though I wouldn't recommend doing that either.

I had the same problem with the Windows version on my DNA60. James fixed it right away, try downloading and installing again.

I don't know, I'd be pretty exited too if an expensive mod like that malfunctioned.

Sp55.1 did nothing on either one of my 100's in the mod resistance area. Just the usual ? I got it to briefly flash 0.010 once.

Here is my DNA100 firing at low ohms. While I only got mine to 0.07 ohms I would think it would also fire at 0.06.

Are you pressing the actual button of the fire switch or the actuator on the face plate?

I did my 250C 2 cell like this. I solder bridged to the batt + and batt -. Could use small wire I suppose.

I would be looking at the 510 socket, there have been some known issues. Specifically the ground.

I'm late to the party here. It appears to be a problem with just this brand. So what could be different here. My thoughts go to the coating (if any) of the mod's 510 pin.

Just to be clear here are you saying that the same coil reads 0.3 ohm then reads 0.5 ohm at times? (cold)
