    Help

Under the "Mod" tab in EScribe make sure that 2 cells is selected and not 3 https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupES.exe Here is your factory ecig file. Therion166.zip
  2. lithium polymer
  3. Your credit card company may offer some protection with this sort of thing, maybe give them a call and see about a charge back.
  4. The online store should be the one handling this for you since it was DOA (just my opinion) Did you pay with Paypal by chance or purchase from an Ebay store?
  5. I would set it at 2.75 volts.
  6. You can't remove a material (on device) that's being used in a profile. Switch material in use by the profile (s) then upload to device. Now you should be able to remove it.
  7. As for the wire gauges
  8. Device Monitor in Escribe will show you the answer.....tell us too.
  9. The board will have to be replaced. Start here: http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/ https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  10. Yes All EScribe capable boards will connect to EScribe with just USB cable. On the DNA250 it will connect but the screen will not work without batteries. Edit: I'm not sure about the DNA60.
  11. See this thread: /topic/65801-topic/?do=findComment&comment=890789
  12. Let me ask a couple of questions that I meant to ask yesterday...gotta ask Did you try a different USB cable? Did you try another power sourse?
  13. Over all a pretty good post, glad you found the problem
  14. The name is Torx, make sure if a set it goes small enough. Just an example: http://www.harborfreight.com/32-piece-screwdriver-set-with-tweezers-97517.html
  15. If possible return to where you got it. I understand that that may not be all that easy.
  16. I can only guess but here it is: At 34 watts I would think you should be able to drain the cell down to 3.2 - 3.3 standing voltage before you start hitting the 2.75 volt cell soft cutoff, maybe even lower.
  17. Sorry but I don't know how they achieved the B- connection between the battery and board but it can be done in a few ways. one way it the three mounting screws that mount the board into the case, screws might be loose. Another way is by using the output ground to the 510 connector, the 510's ground wire would also provide ground for the board. So if the 510 housing it not well grounded to the case then the board won't be either. A DNA 75 can be wired using only two wires, B+ and Out (to 510), the three board screws to metal case can provide all grounds when all is solid.
  18. Probably more of not getting the power to the board than a problem with the battery not being able to supply it. You might try cleaning the battery cap threads with alcohol or such.
  19. Atomizer Analyzer is useful for determining if good contact is being made between the 510 positive pins, if contact is being made only at the point that the atty is screwed all the way in then AA will show that. I have one mod where it starts connecting at the start of screwing an atty on. A very weak spring might cause weak connection....perhaps. (not because it, the spring, is conducting power but because it's not pushing against the atty'y 510 pin firm enough)
  20. You have it set correctly.
  21. battery management on the board has gone south.
  22. Yes, try Lost Vapes first lostvaperepair@gmail.com and if no luck there then open a ticket with Evolv. https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  23. Re: Asmodeus I would start with the negative as it looks easier. Use volt meter, get one probe on the packs neg. battery and the other probe on the 510 housing and fire taking note of voltage....then when problem is noted go from pack neg. to sled neg. contact, fire, note voltage...ect Work your way through the path. Pay close attention to those battery contacts on the sled.
