Use device monitor in Escribe with the cell checked, fire it and hoover your mouse on the low point and read voltage (red arrow). If it's below what your soft cell cut off is that's why you get the message. If you see too much voltage drop look to all the connections from the battery to the board. If the battery adjustment screw can be removed do that. Clean all threads of cap with alcohol even if they appear clean, clean the mod's positive battery contact as well as each end of the battery. Most likely there is a poor connection between the battery and the board. Check what your soft cell cut off is set to, I would set mine to 2.75 volts.

Looking for a DNA75D? Try here: https://www.protovapor.com/product/evolv-dna-75-retail-box/

Take a look at ECigstats, under the tools tab in EScribe or Programs in Windows ect. Not there? download it. Might just be what your looking for.

I don't have an answer for you, I'm curious as well. The pack voltage is correct for 3 cells, does the mod work properly? Here is wiring configuration for 3S, note the bridge from 3 to 4 I suspect you will get an answer shortly from another member/staff

Here are what I believe are the newest releases for Mac, give one a try if you are using an earlier version. https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP19_US.pkg https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP19_INT.pkg

There were some 200 boards that said DNA250 on one side and looked like a 250 on that side, the other side looked like a 200. They mostly were used for replacement boards. If EScribe says it's a 200 then it's a 200.

Give a try here: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1 -
This might not quite be the answer that your looking for but I have the same problem. The way I deal with it is to use a cable of "lesser quality", it only happens to me with my best cables.

Whenever one of the cells show voltage higher than 4.2 generally the battery management chip has failed. -

Look for the LG HE2 csv file, give that a try. -
If you stated how long that you waited for the temp to stabilize I missed it. So how long did you wait?

Look very closely at where the B- wire of the board connects to the mod's body.
-
Make sure to try cleaning battery cap threads and the threads that the cap screws into with alcohol and q-tip. I've seen same problem on other mods before where the threads of the cap were the problem even though they appeared clean.
-
No, as that's about as low as you want it to be set to. With a 15 watt load on a full charged battery your voltage drop should be almost 4 volts.
-
The problem appears to be with battery, battery holder, wires from battery holder to board. How is the ground connection done on the negative side of the battery? is it a chassis ground or wired. Clean the battery caps threads and the threads of the mod with alcohol (if it has this)

Check my last post., power isn't making it to board properly
-
At 15 watts you should be getting very little voltage drop . I'd be looking at the cell it's self, have you tried another battery. Check closely the battery holders contacts, wire connection to contacts, ect. Edited to include the word "drop"

If your hoover your mouse on the line marked by arrow in Device Monitor it will show what the voltage is. What does it say?

What does EScribe show for your cell voltages?
-
Connect device to EScribe and go to Tools Tab and select "Apply Service Pack", when the window opens choose the one that you want.

The pods are pretty much the same except for the wire gauge of the coil. The 0.25 ohm one is capable of making bigger clouds. Salt nic being a usually higher concentration and making big clouds means more nic intake, perhaps too much. That's pretty much it. Wattage plays into this also, of coarse.
