  2. In Escribe under the screen tab look at the settings, unless they are set near zero there is a problem with the screen. It may not be attached correctly to the board. Be sure to upload any changes that you make. Being that you restored default setting I'm thinking a problem with the screen .
  3. These batteries are great batteries but only when used in an application where a 4 - 5 amp battery is required, flashlight, laptop pack ect. Roughly good for 15 watts per cell.

  6. Well I have no C's but I did remove the battery from my Hotcig DX200 to see, I didn't know the ansewr. No the Atomizer Analyzer probably doesn't work on a 250C because it doesn't work on a DNA200. Oh, "?" amounts to open or unable to read.
  7. The Falcon tank appears to have a sliding 510 pin, an adjustable pin on the atty with other press fit connections with a spring loaded 510 differently can cause jumping ohm's issues. Try pressing the atty's 510 pin in prior to screwing on mod, see if that makes any improvement.
  8. This is where Atomizer Analyzer is really useful. I have one 510 that starts to read before I screw in the atomizer a complete turn, but most require being screwed in much farther. The mod that I'm using right now, an Opus 200 with a Taifun GT4, the connection starts a good 3.5 turns before the atomizer is screwed in all the way. I have seen others where contact is made right as the atty bottoms out, this may be what is happening on yours. Give Atomizer Analyzer try as to what I described above.

  11. It's pretty rare if not impossible to brick the DNA board with "settings". Great to see that you worked it out.

  14. Use a volt meter on the battery's JST plug to confirm if it's the battery.

  16. Way back I needed to drain the pack down on my Opus200 to do the case analyzer.
  17. Are all cells 4.2 volts when it's finished charging?

It would only let the mod still work if it had a problem with the built-in charger/balance circuits, example: 1 cell said .1 volts and all others were 4 volts but you knew that the one that said 0.1 was really 4 volts. The mod under this condition would stop working because it sees a battery problem with a cell. Power supply doesn't use the JST plug so it would let it work.
  19. USB recovery charge is for when the cells are below some where around 2.5 volts and the charger will not charge. USB recovery will let charger start slowly under that too low of voltage condition. So I doubt that it's doing a recovery charge, probably just charging/balancing.
  20. If you leave it on USB charge when it appears finished it should eventually balance on it's own, it will take awhile though (couple of days maybe. The problem with mine was juice under the JST connector on the board causing the cell to slowly drain while just sitting. So as it balanced it also un-balanced later again. If it's working OK I would just let it go at least a few days, as long as you don't have a draining problem as mine it should eventually correct it's self.
  21. I had a 3 cell that just wouldn't balance so I used a juice bottle with wire taped to it's ends and placed in an 18650 charger. The leads from the bottle are plugged into the respective ports of the JST plug on the pack for the low cell. While it looks "Mickey Mouse" it worked quite well. While it appears that the "T" connector here is being used, it just looks that way, it is not used here.
  22. Being that it performs good in TC I'm thinking you must have a good connection between the atty and the board, there have been problems with the ground on the 510 of some mods. Does your coil resistance match what your other DNA mod report it as ? And Yes, replay can be used in a TC profile. Did you try it it wattage mode, if not give it a try.
  23. On a DNA200 with a blown fuse the screen will still function as well as programming through Escribe, on a DNA250 the screen will not function without a battery but is still able to connect to Escribe.
