  1. The batteries voltage is recognized by the JST/balance connections.
  2. If I were to guess I'd say a bad fuse, hard to tell from here. Open a ticket with Evolv here for more assistance: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  3. Just in case it's being overlooked...be sure to upload settings to device.
  4. Take a good look at the balance plug, use a meter and measure voltage on each cell. If say the balance (JST) was unplugged that is what it would show....not saying it's unplugged.....
  5. First, what does eScribe show for cell voltage? Perhaps your looking for "USB Recovery Charge" It's in EScribe/ Tools/ Diagnostics/ Perform USB Recovery Charge. It's a slow process and may need restarted a few times.
  6. No can do, does the "edit" feature not do it for You?
  7. So here's what I did, I opened my Opus200 and unplugged the balance connector from the board. Battery icon shows empty, firing throws up "shorted" and didn't fire. Hope this is of some help. Gee, I wasn't thinking correctly, your setup doesn't use the plug. Ask for help here: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1

  9. The LED for the fire button can be "adjusted" in Theme Designer/ Indicator Light tab on the DNA75.
  10. Maybe not what is happening but make sure the coil isn't touching the inside of the chamber. I've had that happen a time or two using big coils and the result was a hot atomiser.
  11. There are some USB cables that are charge only, no data connection. Just a thought.
  12. In my early days of vaping I used cartomizers in a tank, I saved a bunch of them. I think that it was VapingBad that I got the idea from. Simply removed it's internals and soldered the end shut.
  13. Have you tried it on a temp wire profile with temp turned off? Easy enough to try.
  14. Using Device Monitor in Escribe will be most helpful in determining if your 510 connection is sound. Depending on the wire used used you can see the increase in ohms when firing. Check the cold ohm and live ohm boxes. Atomizer analyzer can be helpful with this as well, note just how easily the the connection is lost when unscrewing the atomiser.
  15. Awhile back I did a recovery of windows 7 of which it didn't have Escribe. I grabbed the service pack for Escribe instead of the full program, not sure what error it gave but it tried to install but didn't. The full program is around 50 Mb
  16. You might try right clicking the install file and "Run as Administrator" Also might try installing with a clean boot http://support.logitech.com/en_us/article/228
  17. In Escribe you can see what it is as well as change it to your liking. There are versions for Mac and Windows either US or International, here's international Windows version: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_INTL.exe more here: Be sure to upload settings to device if changes are made.
  18. If you can't change the setting in Escribe then I believe the problem is related to Windows or Escribe. Nothing happens with the board till settings are uploaded other than downloading the existing settings. Try with a different computer or the latest (different version) of Escribe.
  19. @davidealda I just opened my Vapecige Vtbox200 and disconnected the JST (balance) plug leaving the main power wires connected. Showed 0 volts for cells 1, 2, 3 as well as pack. A good way to check to see if this is balance connector related if you don't have a volt meter would be to switch from battery to power supply in Escribe and see if the mod then turns on.
  20. Here is the place to get started: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  21. Tools tab, diagnostics/perform USB recovery charging. It's a very long process....be patient , you may have to restart it several times.
  22. Don't feel bad, I'm confused as well. Perhaps ChunkyButt200 will chime in.
