  1. Yes go for it as it will work very well with SS. Your battery icon will be empty at first but will come back on reboot, upload or by it's self. You need to go to "options" and select "manufacturer" to see all the fields that you currently see. Quite a few of us have been using it for awhile with no problems. You can always revert it if you want. For using SS 3xx I highly recommend it.
  2. Under the "Diagnostics" tab of Device Monitor there is "Reset USB Current Limit", have you tried that? I didn't know if the setting was made to EScribe or the mod so I set mine to charge at 0.15A and moved it to a stand alone charger and it would only charge at 0.15A. Mine did show the lightning bolt at 0.15A BTW Oh, I see that you said 0.015A, I'll try it again. Edit: no lightning bolt with 0.015A on mine as well.
  3. By the latest software I hope you mean SP3 as that will give you the best results with SS 3XX.
  4. When you get it into EScribe of left box highlight and hit button to put on device...then upload settings. Then apply to profile or select from device as needed.
  5. You can not remove a material from the device if it's being used on a profile, you need to switch the material on the profile first then it will let you remove it.......if you happen to run into that.
  6. If you only have 3 material on the device then no, just change the material on the profile. Use a browser other than Microsoft....in case you didn't already know.
  7. You may want to name it so as not to confuse it with the others. Very possible it may be the same TCR as one you already have. Add to EScribe. Add to mod. Add to profile. Upload to device. You can skip adding to profile and add from the device if you wish.
  8. use this button to add material to EScribe. The device only holds 8 so keep that in mind when adding to device. EScribe can hold many many.

  10. Early released firmware is found here... labeled "Early" This works with all EScribe DNA devices. /topic/66731-topic/?do=findComment&comment=900119 Recommended software for 75/200 is here: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupES75.exe
  11. The fuse is to protect you from the battery not to protect the board. At least put in a blade fuse inline on a battery wire. Do it for you. You can buy the original type fuses BTW
  12. $10....no $1 should satisfy that situation.
  13. Well when I ordered my DNA250 custom from Evolv I had to do an age verification check using the last for of my SS #

  15. I'll give it a go. If EScribe is just opened and you put up the window to change the TCR of a particular material it will have .006 in the box by defaualt as well as show you the graph for that setting. Nothing is changed till you press"OK". If EScribe wasn't been closed and you have changed the TCR of a material then it will show that number in the box by defaualt. Again nothing is changed till you "OK" it
  16. Does it still appear to be draining the batteries when idle?
  17. No doubt...LOL
  18. Only in the form of a IPV2 or long gone Segelei 100
  19. I suspect it will do just fine with the SS right out of the box providing the right material is selected. Each one will need to be done separately.
  20. That's correct, I don't think it will contain much if anything "extra" for the 75 though. It (SP3) has some nice additions to EScribe though. Worth getting IMO.
  21. 1.0.56 is for the 75....and 200. 1.0.42 is for the 200 only
  22. The DNA75 does well with SS3XX Download for recommended EScribe is on this page. https://www.evolvapor.com/products/dna75 Otherwise you may use the SP3 "Early" from the 1st post of the Early software page. /topic/66731-topic/?do=findComment&comment=900119
  23. The latest software is always in the first post of this thread: /topic/66731-topic/?do=findComment&comment=900119 It is labeled "Early"
  24. So I did a little snooping around in EScribe, the only setting that I could find that would cause my battery icon to be empty on my vt133 was if I changed it from 2 cell to 3 cell. I guess you looked at this already but it's the only thing I found that effects the icon that way.
