  1. I've found and worked around the Mojave ...change. The next version will be compatible.
  2. Are you using EScribe Suite SP17? It looks like the most recent EScribe Suite changed the order in which things were being saved, and when it's near 100% usage, this affected what would fit. The next version will correct this. In the mean time, try reverting back to SP15.1 and uploading the theme: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP15_1_INT_ServicePack.exe https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP15_1_US_ServicePack.exe
  3. Good catch! Download it again. I accidentally had the International Edition's Service Pack set to the US Edition.
  4. You can go down to 0.02 Ohm on the DNA 250C. (This software limit is mostly to prevent accidental firing into paperclips, metal shavings, etc. when no real atomizer is attached. You can still use Atomizer Analyzer to read lower resistances.) The lower you go on resistance, the more heating will end up in the 510 connector and wiring. If your mod has a high quality, high current 510 you will have no problem. You will encounter reduced power due to the current limit, however. The output current limit is 65A, so the max power is 65^2*R=4225*R. For 0.02 Ohm, that means a max of 84.5W. You can get 200W down to 0.047 Ohm, and 400W down to 0.094 Ohm.
  5. @Canadianvape, is that new to SP35 on DNA 250C? If not, what kind of Ohms change do you see in Device Monitor as the mesh heats? If it's not at least around 20% it may not be Stainless. Do you have it as "Restrict to viable coils." or are you using another mode?
  6. Is an older version of EScribe running while you are running the installer?
  7. The clock runs off the battery, so if the board does not have battery voltage for whatever reason, the clock will not work.
  8. The Go will show up on USB for the first hour after the cable has been plugged in. (After that, it disconnects from USB Data to conserve energy.)
  9. I've posted SP17 in Early Firmware. It supports DNA Go. Let me know if you find any bugs in it. Enjoy James
  10. EScribe Suite 2.0 SP17 For US-based customers (Windows): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP17_US_ServicePack.exe For US-based customers (Mac): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP17_US.pkg For international customers (Windows): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP17_INT_ServicePack.exe For international customers (Mac): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP17_INT.pkg For customers using Linux, see the beta thread. --- DNA Go (firmware 1.1 SP37) --- Improved the LED response to lock/unlock. --- DNA 250 Color (firmware 1.1 SP35) --- Improved the deep sleep behavior. --- Theme Designer --- Fixed a crash on Linux when moving controls. --- EScribe Suite --- DNA Go support. Minor bug fixes.
  11. I've posted SP17 with bug fixes for the Theme Designer, and DNA Go support.
  12. @DJT, what are your battery voltages and battery curve? When in removable mode, the percentage it shows is based on the lowest of the battery cells. (If they are imbalanced, it will not show 100% until they are balanced. That may be what you are encountering.)
  13. Go to the Tools menu, Apply Service Pack.
  14. Give the attached test firmware a try if you have the deep sleep wake-up issue. (Don't use it if you don't need it, of course.) We haven't heard anything bad about this firmware so far, but let us know if you run into anything. DNA 250 Color v1_1_SP35_US_SleepTest3.sw-service DNA 250 Color v1_1_SP35_INT_SleepTest3.sw-service
  15. What are all of your battery cells' voltages? What does your battery curve in EScribe (Mod tab) look like?
  16. Gotcha. Definitely let me know if you run into any issues (or in future versions) running in a non-writable global directory. It should work, but isn't something I'm actively testing on Linux. Thanks! On another note, it turns out I accidentally broke moving controls in Theme Designer on Linux SP15.1. Will be releasing a fix this week.
  17. What is the advantage of this over the installer we provide? It will already offer new versions like the Windows and Mac versions.
  18. The DNA 250C is step-down, so if your device takes two battery cells, the output voltage cannot be higher than the battery voltage. (Four cell devices have their battery voltage above 10V at all times while operating, and three cell devices generally do, so you don't run into this. The benefit of the step-down configuration is drastically better efficiency and cleaner signal.)
  19. If it is still showing up on USB, the device is still running. Go to Tools->Update Firmware and choose 1.2 SP6 again manually. It should work.
  20. I mean the power wiring of the battery input (as opposed to the balancer taps).
  21. That is low. On 1.2 SP5.1 and SP6, it should read about 1.1V. The balancer taps appear to be reading, but are you sure the power wires are correct? That number would make sense if the power wires had 3V or so on them for some strange reason.
  22. Try left clicking seven times on the Evolv logo in Help->About of EScribe and then run Device Monitor. What does your Bandgap measurement read?
  23. Does the clicking happen in Power mode, or just Replay or temperature sensing?
  24. Normal is the default if you don't set a color in the theme. Error is Status when there is an error such as Check Atomizer. If the designer of the theme does not override the colors for most fields this makes it easier for folks to customize their colors.
  25. Highlight Read-Only is when you are hovering over a field and the Select button will not work. (If a field has a Status, for example, that can make it highlightable, even if it is not an editable field. Also, some fields are only editable sometimes, which makes them highlightable but not always selectable.) Highlight Selectable is when you are hovering over a field and the Select button will work. Selected is when you are adjusting a field.
