  1. To change Watt Increments, launch Theme Designer and download the theme on your device. Go to the Screens tab, click Main Screen, click the Watts field you want to change. Go to Source, it will say "Coil power". Click Options. Change either Decimal Places or Step Size. Then upload the theme. Should work The "Go to Source, it will say "Coil power". Click Options." ought to be "double click the Watts field", but it has conditions so that doesn't work. It ought to be simpler. I'll add getting rid of that step to my To-Do list.
  2. Hmm. Could you private message me your settings .ecig file? Also, what language is your computer running in (English?)? Thanks!
  3. Hmm. Are all of your coils of very similar resistance? Maybe it thinks you are putting the same coil back on.
  4. Make sure your user is a member of the plugdev group. EScribe Suite should suggest adding you automatically, but if it failed, doing that manually and logging off/on should give you the permission you need. (What permissions do you see in the /dev directory for hidraw devices?)
  5. The 75C is a single-cell board and does not know anything about it if you are putting batteries in parallel. Also, its battery meter operates on voltage, not fuel gauging, so it doesn't need to know anything about the capacity of the batteries.
  6. Ahh, your laptop runs at 1280x800... I don't have a scrollbar defined for that portion, actually. Will add to my to-do list. Thanks!
  7. I've posted up the Linux version of EScribe Suite 2.0 SP13. @Pop7335, @Suomynona, out of curiosity, how are you launching EScribe Suite? From the icon? The script the icon launches is set up to move the menu bar into the application, avoiding bugs with Ubuntu's unified menu bar. It works for me on Ubuntu 16.04 with Unity.
  8. @dasa2337: I've posted up EScribe Suite 2.0 SP13 on the Evolv DNA 250 Color page.
  9. Hmm. Is this new on SP12? What happens if you set MacOS to always show scrollbars?
  10. What window manager are you using etc.? Is your configuration out of the ordinary?
  11. The DNA 250 Color needs a battery attached to power the real-time clock.
  12. Is this EScribe 1.2 or EScribe Suite 2.0? If the latter, try unchecking Service Packs in the installer. Does it help? Thanks!
  13. @Twiq, SP5.1 and SP6 should be quite similar about charge resetting. Are you sure SP5.1 cuts out less? SP5 certainly would, yes, but SP5.1 should be the same as SP6 in that regard. It is self-protective functionality, detecting quick cut-outs of charge current that can be bad for the device. If it's doing it, it doesn't hurt anything, just annoying. (To be honest, I may have it overly sensitive right now.) PCs have fairly clean USB power supplies so you are unlikely to encounter it there. Does the charge resetting happen to you on other chargers you have? What brand/model of charger is it? 1 Amp or 2 Amp?
  14. @Pop7335, are any menus working for you at all? What window manager are you using etc.? Anything out of the ordinary?
  15. @Kurtis_Loew: 75 Color SP27 is available in EScribe Suite 2.0 SP8 or newer. (Look for the EARLY SERVICE PACK section. SP12 includes it.)
  16. What firmware version are you running/have you been running? Does it only ask about New/Old Coil with the most recent (SP27)?
  17. @Wayneo, what issue did you encounter with the install? Also, SP6 should let you read mod resistance quite low again.
  18. What error do you get when you try a manual update (Tools -> Apply Firmware) ? Also, which version of EScribe Suite are you running?
  19. I've posted up an early firmware with Boost on DNA 250. Let me know how it works for you.
  20. I've posted a SP12 beta for Linux. Enjoy It includes SP6.1 for DNA 60 and SP6 for DNA 250, as well as usability improvements to the Theme Designer. Let me know if you run into any issues.
  21. On Ubuntu 16.04, it turns out Ubuntu's global menu bar interferes with GTK 2 when I use dynamic menus. If you run the program with env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= ~/.opt/local/evolv/escribe-suite/launch-escribe-suite it will work. The next release will do this automatically.
  22. Ahh, the ECigStats server's timezone is set to GMT. I should probably make it display in the browser timezone.
  23. Turns out this is an off-by-one error in the real-time clock code affecting the month of December. (If you change your PC clock to another month and then run Device Monitor, it will work in any other month. It's related to PC-synchronized time, not on-device time.) I will be fixing it in the next Service Pack. Thanks for finding this!
  24. @ekalle, all of those things work for me on both Debian and Mint. What sort of window manager, distribution, etc. are you running?
