  1. The weak battery message is only a error message, not a common problem, but only an indicator of an error state being detected by the 75C board.. From the 75C datasheet you read: Weak Battery: The battery needs to be charged, or a higher amp rated battery needs to be used. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire the atomizer, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Weak Battery message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of the puff. There are other reasons that can cause a weak battery message too. 2. LOL..... yep I was testing something (not my lungs....LOL)...
  3. If you are wanting to reset the statistics go to Device Monitor...... they can be reset each day if you like from there.
  4. If no one pops in with the ecig file you might try to contact Hugo and see if they will send it to you.... HUGO VAPOR ✉ info@hugovapor.com ✉ wholesale@hugovapor.com
  5. Since EScribe reads your other DNA75's then it should read this one also if it has a DNA75 board in it. You are using the same usb cable when connecting all your 75's right???.... You may need to contact your vendor if it won't recognize the E.T-X3
  6. Contact SBody...... here is the Contact info from their web site... 7. Would creating a wallpaper with the circle included help to do what you are wanting.... you could then add fields etc. to that screen using that wallpaper....
  8. Try 60 X 50 pixels right click this one and save to your computer...
  9. You might read about "life cycle of batteries" and charging..... Battery University is a good resource.... http://batteryuniversity.com/ I never charge batteries unattended....nor overnight.....
  10. You might open a ticket with Evolv Help Desk and ask them....
  11. Try running Case Analyzer when the battery level is at 1/2 or below and device at room temperature to start....
  12. Take it back to the shop you got it from if you can't access EScribe via USB port..... No USB port? Why no USB port...
  13. Connect it to EScribe and run the Device Monitor.... take a screenshot of Device Monitor and post it here.... we need more information....
  14. Could be that the button when fully pressed is contacting the display ribbon cable causing the display to not display anything... kinda like an intermittent short circuit.......
  15. Oh, so it is a used device which you have had only 1 day.... Dna 250's usually have a Primary Welcome Screen and may have a Secondary Welcome Screen. Go into Theme Designer and see what display time is set to (may be set to 0.25seconds). The momentary screen display you say comes up may be one of these.. since you can quickly stop it auto-firing by pressing the fire button my thinking is a sticky fire button.. You can also start a ticket with Evolv help desk and they will guide you.... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
  16. May be the fire button is sticking occasionally.... since you have had it one day contact the vendor and/or Think Vape for warranty repair/replacement....
  17. From what I see the DRAG 157 (157 watts) is a VW and Temp Control device and is described as this: " The VooPoo DRAG is a highly efficient variable wattage box mod with a chip efficiency rating of 95% for accurate and reliable power output. You asked : "How can I explain to him that there is no difference between these regimes? After all, in these modes the voltage is regulated. Or maybe I'm wrong?" You might just tell him his device is a variable wattage device and not a variable voltage device.
  18. Are we talking about the VooPoo DRAG 157 Box Mod?
  19. Kinda quirky when clicking on the Mod tab...... hesitates for a long time before populating the screen on my Win10 machine...
  20. That screen looks normal and is achieving the set temperature... The preheat is letting the coil reach set temp quickly and at set temp it is regulating to maintain the set temp....
  21. Try a SS316L coil @ .25 ohm set to 400 to 450 F with preheat set to 40 to 60 watts with wattage set to between 25 and 40 watts. As Wayneo says.... Device Monitor will tell you alot about what the vape is doing...
  22. If you think the message is too quick then check all connections of the 510, the post screws are tight at the coil and the coil is a spaced coil... 2 seconds to reach set temp is a loooong time...
