  1. You received your new device with batteries that drained down too low. You can try to do a USB Recovery Charge to see if they will recharge. This takes a long time and you may need to do it more than once. It may not recharge however and the 3 cell battery will need to be replaced... If this is a new device you may want to see about getting it replaced by your vendor.
  2. Temperature Protected message just means you have reached the temperature you have asked for... It is not an error message but is a informational message...
  3. When you change from 2 cell to 3 cell you must change the settings in EScribe and upload them to the device. You can't just change the batteries from using 2 cells to using 3 cells and expect the device to change configuration automatically. You must change it in EScribe and upload it.. Hopefully you saved your VT250 *.ecig file to your computer before you changed the firmware. You can upload your saved file to the device as needed ... As a side note: Do the settings in the Mod Tab look like these HCigar configured settings? : Also, someone posted the VT250 *.ecig file should you need it: Vt250.ecig
  4. Did the meter work when it was first used and before you made changes? Did you save the original *.ecig file before you made any changes? Noticed your Discharge Profile (csv file) is not even close to correct... Here is LV's *.ecig file downloaded from their web site. You can always contact Lost Vape Warranty Repair, if needed, at: http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/ Triade250.ecig_.zip (zip file from LV) Triade250.ecig (*.ecig file from the Zip file, extracted)
  5. Hopefully your vendor or Boxer will help you.... if not you could contact Evolv at their help desk and they will guide you.... Help Desk link is in my signature below...
  6. First you might contact the vendor where you purchased the device... second contact Boxer.... Can you post a picture of the device with the main screen of the display showing?
  7. Once your account is approved it can take several hours to process in the system thus you should be able to download after that completes...
  8. Won't fire just with various USB charging power sources only........ this is not a pass thru device....
  9. Download file to computer and then click the downloaded .exe file to install.....: /topic/65531-topic/
  10. Ripping into it will void the Lost Vape warranty.... Cell 1 with no voltage could mean a bad connection in the battery sled or other wiring connectivity/grounding issues. As new as it is just contact Lost Vape Repair Center (US): http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/

  12. You might first contact the vendor you bought it from and then Thinkvape next..... Your issue can be caused by many things and could be device related as opposed to circuit board related..... I assume it still vapes and everything but charging works....... You could also contact Evolv and start a ticket... they will guide you and they may ask you to send in the circuit board if they feel it is board related.... that's their call...
  13. Could it be a loose or dirty connection within the battery sled??? You could contact Lost Vape Repair at the link: http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/
  14. I see very few folks using LiFe-PO4 batteries ... screenshot 1 shows you are using them as opposed to Li-Po batteries. Do you have an external wall charger to charge the DNA via USB... I assume you are using a computer to charge...
  15. I'm using VB's Theme and it is his Main Screen with options for wattage....
  16. Glad you posted an update.... What you wanted to do with the 75 Color works with a 75 Color.... AND I drug out a DNA200 and tried to do what you wanted with the 200 and it didn't take. Yep, thinkin' it's a bug now.... THX
  17. No problem.... Good luck designing the Theme for the 75 Color....
  18. Attached here is the Evolv Default DNA75 Color *.ecig file. Download it to your computer and then click it and see if it will start in EScribe 2.0 (no board or device attached). In DNA75 Color mode then start Theme Designer from there. The 0.2 increment works for me with the 75 Color Theme Designer.... DNA75C Default .ecig file.ecig
  19. I believe you will find that Theme Designer for DNA200 is different than Theme Designer for the 75 Color.. here is a screen from the 75 Color Theme Designer....
  20. You really should have a DNA75 Color board to use the features in Theme Designer for the 75 Color.... when hooked up to a DNA 200 you can't get to this screen (as far as I know)..... I set the increments using a DNA75 color board as seen here and the increments will change by 0.2 watts.
  21. Yep.... noticed this a while back and just set it to 240 minutes to lock.... workaround is just 5 click to lock/unlock for me....
  22. hum.... VB...... I set the time out at 1 minute in the General Tab and checked Auto Lock on idle and uploaded.... Went to your theme and turned off Auto locked and it still locked at 1 minute....... Also set to 1 minute in General Tab and unchecked Auto and uploaded... still locked at 1 minute... What is the settings you set in the General Tab.... could there be a conflict???
  23. Did you try loading a "saved" .ecig file with EScribe 2 using your fade theme before you changed it using EScribe 2? Did the originsl fade you use work that way?
