  1. So what did Lost Vape response say to your e-mail to them?
  2. Using power supply you turn off all the battery safety features so you should not run it like that, Doesn't it say "Do Not use this option with batteries" just to the right of that option in EScribe? You can read many posts about power supply by searching "power supply"....
  3. Another workaround is to just write down the results of the Case Analyzer and then close the Analyzer and go to the Mod Tab again and manually type in the thermal numbers and then upload them...if the numbers are within the right parameters it should upload...
  4. You might run Case Analyzer and do the "workaround" that James posted before uploading and see how that effects your temp and ohm readings... The *.ecig file posted here earlier looks like the Thermals are default numbers thus the Therion's actual thermals were not defined....so the "Mod Resistance" may not have been defined either....
  5. Have you ran Case Analyzer on this one? Looks like the Thermals are the default settings...
  6. Guess you have read this from Mooch also....just a thought... https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/threads/samsung-inr21700-30t-35a-3000mah-21700-bench-test-results-an-incredible-40a-3100mah-battery.798683/
  7. This may help and you can click in the article for more info.... http://www.tasteyourjuice.com/wordpress/archives/14693
  8. That screenshot says you have connected a DNA200 not a 250 device. Device monitor is recognizing the board you have in your device that you connected.. Questions again: 1. Did you change the original DNA 200 board out and put in a new DNA250 board in the tugboat? 2. What do you see when you click on "Get Information" under the My DNA section of the General Tab? Post a screenshot of what you see....
  9. OK....thanks for the post and. many of your questions are above my "pay grade" so maybe James can help you out with the specific procedures used in the Analyzer temp parameters. I'm looking into it a bit as noted in my message....
  10. Deleted your duplicate post and moved my comment here..... also I use Aspire coils with some designed for Temp and others only for Power Mode..they work fine... "Off" means the device is switching to Power mode...Your resistance is not stable if using a TC coil..Make sure your atomizer and device is at room temperature before setting the cold ohms and you need to check all connections, and clean 510 of the atomizer and the device...Make sure the coil is made to be used in Temp Control mode instead of just power mode.
  11. I don't think Evolv markets "factory seconds" and they have no control over the mod makers implementation. See what Evolv Help Desk tells ya....they have way better than average customer service...
  12. hum, it wiring looks correct as best I can tell.... is there any components around the +/- that may have been effected by the soldering/heat..? You might just start a ticket with Evolv Help Desk (link in my sig line below) and they may guide you to let them look at the board to see if it is defective or may help you further.
  13. So, you replaced the original DNA board in the tugboat with a new DNA board and can't install the service pack"? What do you see when you click on "Get Information" under the My DNA section of the General Tab? Post a screenshot of what you see.... thx
  14. Possible that a wire may have broken in the battery sled on one of the battery posts.... if in warranty you might contact Lost Vape link in my sig line below.... others have ran across this also... opening the device will void the warranty from Lost Vape.... my best guess absent opening the device since it happened right after you changed batteries....
  15. With no other changes but changing the batteries you might swap batteries back to see if that gets it....
  16. So the device was working but quit.... did it quit right after you may have changed batteries or changed some other settings?
  17. What does the "Pack" and "Cell" voltages say in Device Monitor?
  18. James...... it seems that when changing from F to C in the USA version (I don't have international version loaded) the device and Device Monitor does change properly but the profile shown in EScribe doesn't update the change. Is there a new setting somewhere that needs setting or is this a minor Bug?
  19. I have the USA version of EScribe and have not looked at the International Version.... Does your version look like this on this screen? I left a note here for James about this..... you could use the USA version since you want to be in "F" until this gets sorted out........
  20. First thought......You might contact your vendor for a replacement or contact Lost Vape. The DNA 60 has onboard temperature sensing. It will shut down and display this message if the internal board temperature becomes excessive. Second thought.......Can you post a screenshot of the Thermals shown in the Mod Tab?
  21. Also, have you tried another atomiser as some atomizers have longer or shorter 510 pins and devices have different 510 connectors so it could be a conectivity thing.......
  22. Have you checked the ohm's at the connector with an ohm meter using the same "off/on " process?
