  1. Reply I posted in the other duplicate thread you posted: Maybe that the ribbon cable for the display is getting pinched by the fire button when pressed.....
  2. Maybe that the ribbon cable for the display is getting pinched by the fire button when pressed.....
  3. Could you be mistaking the voltage reading with your other device (Drone 166) which has batteries in series (8.4 v). DNA75's are only 4.2 volt for one battery and 4.2 for parallel batteries. Don't try to put your batteries in series on the 75.....
  4. So when using only one battery, does it fire no matter which battery slot you use? Could it be that both battery slots are not supplying power... maybe one slot is not properly connected... just a thought...
  5. May not be applicable to your results but have you put just one battery in the 75 C in battery slot 1 only and fire it or run analyzer then put a single battery in slot 2 only and fire or run analyzer? What results when firing or running analyzer?
  6. Check the lock time in EScribe...... click on the Safety Tab......You can adjust the autolock time there....after changing setting you need to upload them to the device...
  7. Yep, swamped with juice inside is not a good thing...
  8. In EScribe when you changed the settings did you upload them to the device?
  9. Could it be now at 35% charge the battery can't supply what the 0.25 coil is asking for at the wattage setting you are using and needs to be charged. From the 75C datasheet we see: Weak Battery: The battery needs to be charged, or a higher amp rated battery needs to be used. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire the atomizer, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Weak Battery message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of the puff.
  10. My understandig is the input is to the dna board and the output is to the coil....
  11. Battery tab max setting is for input and max setting on the electrical tab is for output. I don't recall there being a theme function to change the battery csv from the device theme itself.
  12. Just an additional note the thread that is updated with software/firmware versions on this forum is "Early Firmware and EScribe Suite" shown in the EScribe, Software and Firmware link of this forum. That is where you go for software/firmware on this public forum. You went to the wrong thread by going to the EScribe Software Download and Tutorial thread.
  13. Try this: Click on this Link to Evolv.com: https://www.evolvapor.com/ Click on 75 Color at the top of the screen.... Scroll down to " Escribe Suite" heading...there you have choices Click on the Download EScribe Suite you choose....
  14. My thoughts.... Output Power Chart for the DNA75C can be found in this datasheet: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna75color.pdf Make sure the coil you build is within an area of the chart... looks like your coil (0.068 ohms) would require 32 amps calculated with Ohm's Law and your cold and live ohms is outside the range of the chart The max operating range output current of the 75C is shown as 30 amps.
  15. Boost for Kanthal is available now with the 75C boards/devices using the International firmware. An early firmware International version is also available for the 60. Remember the FDA Deeming regulations ? They dictate, at this time, what manufacturers can and cannot do and what they can and cannot change (including firmware/software) here in the US versions....That's why there is a difference between US and International versions of the firmware. There is a work-around for Kanthal that has been available for a long time. There are many posts in this forum about it....
  16. The 75C has boost and there is an early firmware release for the 60. Both are the International versions of the firmware....
  17. It is possible that it could be just the display since it still vapes and you can change settings and etc from Escribe.
  18. Could the ribbon have been damaged by the fire button pressing on it or could the display be damages due to the device being hit or dropped. You have 0 screen disconnects.....
  19. In Device Monitor does it say Stealth as the current Mode?. Mode is in the lower left corner of the Device Monitor screen.
  20. Was this the update you installed? Should be the most recent recommended.... SetupES_1_2_SP5_2_ServicePack.exe
  21. You may have a bad connection in the battery sled wiring as the batteries are in parallel thus the connection of the sled for battery 1 is good but the connection is not for battery 2. The firmware for the 75 doesn't monitor each battery separately. If you take only 1 good battery and install it in battery sled 1 and all it good and then take the same battery and plug it in battery sled 2 and it doesn't work then the issue is with the connections for battery sled 2..
  22. You may be guided to send it in for repair. If you started a ticket 24h the reply may be coming soon or may have went to your junk mail maybe. At any rate start another if you don't get a reply in a day or two as they have always been prompt to respond to tickets....
  23. Start a ticket with Evolv Help Desk explaining the situation. They will guide you...... Warranty Service may be needed.... Link: https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1
