try to restore the device to default settings through escribe and load another theme , it works for me

i have same problem , and i just bought mydevice yesterday , when i hit any other button the display works normally, is it normal for all dna 75c chips or its real problem?

please i need your advice, i newly bought Paranormal DNA 75c yesterday , and when i hit firing button 5 times to open display it shuts down again while the mod is active , is it normal or there is an error in software?
