Thanks, what do you mean by 'Warranty Service may be needed'? I started a ticket 24h and haven't received any word back so was gonna see if it was something I could fix myself

Woke up yesterday morning and was getting a "check battery" message, I've tried 3 different sets of batteries, the mod will only turn on when the USB is plugged in and I sometimes get a 'Warranty Service' message. No idea what has caused this and the batteries are charged but it's saying they're dead when I put them in the mod. TIA
