FFS man, you couldn't have just done a copy and paste like this Battery Capacity: 9.99Wh Soft Cell Cutoff: 3.09v Mod Internal Resistance: 0.007 Ohms Those look fine. What makes you so sure they've changed? The mod will work fine with those settings, one cannot normally brick this chip by running battery analyzer or checking the mod resistance, but with your luck LOL.

For starters, your post title could have been worded much better. You bought mods with DEAD batteries. That is a manufacturer issue. I bet they all work fine if you vape while plugged into a USB cable? The data within the .ecig file probably has not changed at all, plus YOU have the ability to create that information the best for each of your mods. The 'big/important' piece is the mod resistance (for the best TC), and the manufacturer probably checked a few or one of their mods and programmed that same value for all of them. As far as your battery setting, the absolute best one is one that you would run on your own battery. It seems like you're getting a lot of old stock from smaller vendors where they don't move much product, so they just sit there discharging. You should be hitting up the vendors for replacements or batteries at least, not bashing Evolv.

Not only fine, but on the approved Battery list from Mooch. Enjoy your device. While waiting, go watch a couple videos on Escribe. PBusardo has at least one. Mind you, there are minor changes because of the latest software, but nothing really drastic or noticeable. Big difference about these DNAs is that you should NOT lock your resistance.

@dj_g14 Once you believe it's not a board issue, Fasttech in China. When I order from them, and I'm on the East side of Toronto, they arrive anywhere from 8 days to 2 weeks later from once I see it appears as being shipped. Remember they're filling all their Black Friday orders right now. Good luck.

@fibercarbon Just a bit of bad luck. Go watch a few tutorial videos, open 'em up, change your settings, and keep your fingers crossed.

Help me please I want .CSV file for DNA75 (SS30Q and LGHG2)
Wayneo replied to blvckxta's topic in Batteries and Charging
The box works fine as is. A battery profile makes the meter more accurate. Why would you want 2 different profiles? Only 1 can be active at a time, and in order to to use the 2nd, you'd have to hook up to escribe, and load the other profile. P.S You can run the battery analyzer for YOUR batteries right there within escribe which will generate the perfect curve for YOURS in their current state. Why do you need the .ecig file? Are you saying the mod values are blank for your 'inbox', or your profiles are blank? -
The majority of these problems are boiled down to a connection issue. Either faulty or loose wiring, a dirty connection, or a loose connection within the build itself.
-
@dj_g14 You do know that you can purchase replacement metal bodies, 510 connector and battery screw from an outfit in China (for the 75). Slow shipping. I realize that doesn't help with your board issue.

Not sure if this is relevant, but can you check your current firmware version. Bottom right hand corner of Device Monitor. The latest is v1.2 SP5. I know there were issues before this version (just with the screen battery display) but not sure if that is also what was seen by your screenshot.

Lost Vape Therion DNA 133 battery discharge issues
Wayneo replied to Avath's topic in Batteries and Charging
@Avath ver 1.2 sp5 is the latest, but you need SP2 or SP3 (whichever is larger) first, as it includes driver updates, then SP5. -
After doing what @dwcraig has mentioned you can then go ahead and remove the extra 'materials' from your device as they will no longer be associated with a profile, if you wish.

Stolen from 2 of the finest on here: With Device Monitor showing you just hit the "prt sc" button on your computer. Open a Paint software program and click on "Paste". You can change size, orientation, and etc. in the Paint software. Save this to your computer. Attach the saved file to a post here. OR (if you press [ALT]+[PRT SCN], open MSPaint and paste [CTRL]+[V] you have a screen shot from any program, that you can save and upload)

510 99.9 pure copper Mod resistance tools
Wayneo replied to vegabob's topic in Connectors, Components, and Accessories
Very sharp looking mod. Thanks for trying. When I ran it with the Feb software, I fely very uncomfortable with how much I tightened it down, especially on my Reuleaux, knowing the quality of that 510. -
Interstingly enough, I notice that SP5 no longer shows a 'Cell 3' at all in any of my 2 battery mods. Thanks Evolv.

I take it that you have the Lipo installed?

Danke. -
Device Monitor screenshots are the best way to aid in troubleshooting. For those that might have forgotten, here's a quick reminder. Print Screen for Mac Users; Entire Screen - Command Shift 3 Selective portion of a screen - Command Shift 4. Images will be placed on the desktop called "Screen Shot date at time"

Has anyone managed to retest with this latest SP5 to see if this is working again? I know mine is somwhere around here, I'll just have to hunt it down. -
Ethrem, it's very easy to create your own curve for your batteries. There is no chance of danger. However, if you're willing to use some faceless stranger's info, there are many curves on the German DNA site called dna200.de. I believe the German word for Curve is Kurven. The curve is the same for a 1, 2, or 3 usage of every battery. Your inputting of data is the only difference (watt hours, etc.)

@Vaperkarloz Please google how to do Proper print screen, so we can see the details. 1 from Device monitor, the other showing the profile settings. I among others have that same SDNA75 working fine with SS, and are willing and trying to assist you. Be brief, stingy with your words, and stay on topic. Cheers.

TC & Power mode read SS ohms different
Wayneo replied to mactavish's topic in EScribe, Software and Firmware
@Mactavish While I agree with you wholeheartedly, you do realize you're talking to an Engineer. He's been asked to stop posting that comment on locking numerous times. I don't know how an Engineer with access to a PC, CANNOT do a simple Print Screen when asked, and instead submits an out of focus, incorrect orientation image. Everytime I see him post, in my head I start singing a Frank Zappa song, posted a line from it once, only to have Saint VapingBad delete the comment. Aah, this one will also probably get deleted, but before doing so, I wish they'd go and look at doing the same for him and his posts. And now another quote, from I believe Einstein. "He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would suffice." -
@VapingBad I must be sitting right beside you in the dunce row . I thought this was mainly a picture thread .

Sheesh, still unanswered, and you should remember if you did this.
