  1. We've seen where on a Windows machine, you might need to try a different USB2 port and plugged directly into the PC.
  2. What are the individual cell voltages? And the USB voltage when looked at in Device Monitor?
  3. You're only get 2A charging while using an external block and a high quality cable. The closer the battery is to full, the charge rate will go lower.
  4. Sure, it should install. I do believe that has worked for me in the past. What are you trying to update, the firmware on your mod or escribe itself on your PC?
  5. Just tested for SP19 and NOT working either. I have sent messages to Evolv.
  6. Welcome @Pino74 The GO chip in your mod offers 'Replay' which has the benefits of TC such as dry hit prevention. You MUST use a TC capable material/wire such as Ni200, Ti01, SSxxx, NiFexx (or others) in order to activate 'Replay'. So yes, your NiFe48 material/wire should work. That GO board works best in the .2-.4Ω range.
  7. Welcome @milly89 Hope you will contribute. This is a DNA focused forum on vaping nicotine with all Evolv products.
  8. PC charging is slow at best. Don't vape while charging as it interrupts the charging for the length of time you have configured.
  9. If it were me, I'd hit up the mod maker for a replacement. The height measurement of the 4 on shapeways are all different (smallest measurement and less than 1cm) and you could end up futzing around.
  10. I think that means I was correct? All these falling out of TSD issues have you checked your atty connection is stable with Atomizer Analyzer. Using SS clapton when cold I'll usually get ~0.003 fluctuation.
  11. My colour mods are all at SP38. I’m a simple man so I usually use a minimal basic theme like the default with a few tweaks and have not seen the error again. You could try the default, and follow what I did to both create and resolve the issue before making wholesale changes to yours.
  12. Guys, so much going on in this 1 post and I can't 'quote' multiple posts that span pages, so I'll just ramble. Yes, we (moderators) suffer from the same timeout where we need to log back in numerous times. Sometimes even during a long reply while we gather our thoughts. I also only see the translate option while using Chrome (Mac user) I have seen the error press up, and after making a single change on a theme and after a simple change I've never seen it again. Details here and YMMV. http://bit.ly/31Dg7cg
  13. Hold your horses! That pinhole is for an LED, like while it’s charging. There is no External reset on the mod. There are a couple reboot options or a restore, but only available within escribe
  14. No worries, I misread your initial post. If you can't even connect BUT you see a reset option, that is only on a theme and relating to puffs on the mod.
  15. First off I'd suggest you do a File - Save of your old mod setup/settings in case of problems. Failing any better answers, I'd suggest you open a 'Help Desk' ticket. Link in my sig.
  16. No, there is nothing similar to the way non-color boards were. BUT, there IS an option within Theme Designer under Miscellaneous->Debug to have the screen always ON. i have not tried it, but I have seen it on the odd Theme. I just look at the LED for the status when fully charged.
  17. Quick answer, no. The 75 board is much larger and won't fit horizontally or vertically. You can download the datasheets which list the dimensions of each at www.evolvapor.com
  18. @ Mr.Bottomfeeder IMHO there's only 1 person ( @James ) that could answer your question, and you might get a quicker answer by opening a Help Desk ticket . Let us all know the answer. Link in my sig.
  19. That can be answered by opening a Help Desk ticket. Link in my sig.
  20. Could the connection just be loose? I've squeezed the cable connector tight with my bare fingers on a cable or two. Failing that, you could open a Help Desk ticket. Link in my sig.
  21. Try using a different USB cable or port and see if that helps.
  22. I'll take a stab at this. You can trust the built-in protections of both the color and non color boards you mention. Regardless of the batteries you use or the % you see. That % is really meant for the battery icon display. The boards have hard coded minimum input voltage values.
  23. That board button is actually composed of 3 pieces. You can carefully remove the top metal section by the raised section in each side, and below remove the rubber and silver disc, then clean them all and re-assemble. Or, failing that, open a Help Desk ticket for their guidance. Link in my sig.
  24. @MonotremataYou are correct there was a SP20! That version was never posted publicly as a Beta or with any notes. It just magically appeared as a direct download link. BUT I COULD BE WRONG AGAIN. Do you remember ANY notes/comments about it, or what did it fix for you? Edit: Why don't you PM a copy of it to him
  25. In my old, tired mind it was never posted here, and not for Mac. It was Windows only, in a very non standard way published by LostVape to upgrade the Orion Go to the Plus version.
