Here will always work better than there.

So much for reading your own post on reddit where I already answered all these questions, 10 hours ago. Reddit answer: Material(wire) profiles don't care about build specs, or wraps. Only the wire itself. And even on a color board you can't 'type in the TCR on the go' SO 1 Material(wire) profiles don't care about build specs, or wraps. Only the wire itself. 2 Rename a Profile Kangar, put in those preheat, power, and material type 3 Material(wire) profiles don't care about build specs, or wraps. Only the wire itself.

That was your original question. I read that as 'Can I use a DNA60 small screen with a DNA75' That answer is no because there is no firmware option/support for the 75 with a small screen (like there is with 60 board).

Contact the modder and ask, but for now, refer to this post for workarounds.

Sarmat Rusmod DNA60 no escribe access?
Wayneo replied to Chef Ginger Pants's topic in General Discussion
Found the cheat sheet for non color mods. The only thing missing is the boost punch feature (like pre-heat for any wire type not used in a TC mode) which is on the latest dna60 firmware. https://bit.ly/323Wigr -
Sarmat Rusmod DNA60 no escribe access?

There is an evolv default SS316 material type already on there that should work fine. You can assign it to any of the 8 profile names -
Sarmat Rusmod DNA60 no escribe access?
Wayneo replied to Chef Ginger Pants's topic in General Discussion
OK. So no idea why it's not recognized as every board type I own is recognized up to macos 10.15.X The 60 like all others come with 8 profiles and ~4 material types like your 75. Luckily, there are key(button) combinations to move between them, but you won't be able to add new material or change the wording. To switch between profiles on the device, put the DNA60 into Power Locked mode by pressing and holding both the up and down buttons for two seconds. From power locked mode, to cycle between profiles, double click the Up or Down button. To select the displayed profile, press the fire button. To switch between material type within a profile on the device, put the DNA60 into 5x (fire button) Locked mode. Then by pressing and holding fire, up and down the material name will show up. Up or down to cycle through them, then fire button to select the chosen one. It's much easier than it sounds. While you're trying that, I'll hunt for a credit size graphic for you. -
Sarmat Rusmod DNA60 no escribe access?
Wayneo replied to Chef Ginger Pants's topic in General Discussion
Yes escribe works with the 60 on a Mac. Are you sure it's an Evolv board? I thought the 'Rus' meant Russian, and I thought they were a different board -
Here's me injecting one note. When you're all done figuring out what batteries you're gonna use, use the 'watt hour calculator'. Yours currently shows 9Wh, and that's usually about right for 1 new high quality battery

What firmware are you now running? I hope you read the release notes for what each subsequent release changed/addressed. So if you're all fine now, great, enjoy your mod. Do not read any further If you're still having issues, post a printscreen of 'Profile 1', and what material (wire) are those coils. From the word 'delay' are you saying from when you push the fire button nothing at all happens on the mod? because your puffs are barely 2 seconds long?
-
Can you describe your coil AND post a printscreen from escribe of the profile you're using I'm understanding that every time after sitting for a few minutes, only the first puff seems delayed, but subsequent puffs are fine. If so, have you used Replay?

After changing pretty much anything mod related in escribe, always 'Upload settings to device'
-
Nah. Escribe came out with the 200 in 2015. Then in 2016, the 75, 250 and 60. All working with escribe

@Madzz Inquiring minds need an update. What kind of mod is that white Delrin? Did you try the test theme? If it didn't work did you open an official Help Desk ticket for that firmware fix? Hope you had a great Father's Day
-
Well, my bad. Sorry.

I don't even know how you can ever see the firing button, but whatever. Your firing starts blue for like ½ a second then that red for like ½ a second. Repeats the red then back to blue. Put together it would appear as 1 solid second of each. If the 'normal' isn't blank, my question is: After making these changes did you 'upload settings to mod'?
-
@Sn00n00 The Evolv default will work fine. Having an accurate CSV file for your batteries will only make your battery gauge and % more accurate. Battery life will not change. There are two settings that affect battery charge life and they are Cell Soft Cutoff and Charge Mode. Many use 2.75 volts for round cells and 4.2 volts for charge mode. This pretty much gives the most puffs from each charge. Maybe you can explain more the big NEED.

Help with first TCR profile (please please please help me)
Wayneo replied to xixo's topic in General Discussion
There are many different ways to set up a Temp Protected vape. Your (those) settings will work after just enabling/clicking on that box above 'Temperature' that says 230°C We all vape differently, so if you vape at 100 watts normally, you can adjust the temp up or down until you get the same 'heat' but with smaller clouds.- 1 reply

That was NOT a true statement. Even if you setup your profiles as @dwcraig1 has suggested, YOU will still need to change to that profile.
-
I'd suggest you update your version of escribe first. Link is in my signature for the latest.

Can you post a full printscreen of Device Monitor with the mod attached. Thanks
-
What are the individual (battery) cell voltages right now? Unplug mod, swap battery positions. Now, after swapping positions, what are the individual cell voltages? If you can't find the info using the theme start escribe -> Device Monitor. It's on the left hand side near the top
