OXVA Xlim Pro 2 DNA Problems - "Fill Pod" and Stuttering Vape
Wayneo replied to Simon Martin-Lemmon's topic in Oxva Pro 2 DNA
Closing the airflow a little more, or increasing the pressure while taking a hit might help fix the stuttering issue. As for the 'fill pod' issues, I have no advice and I hope you did not change any parameters in escribe. If you're not sure you could always reload a copy of the original. -
OXVA Xlim Pro 2 DNA Problems - "Fill Pod" and Stuttering Vape

That other user had some different issues. Have you updated the firmware on your mod, from the file on this site, and what is it. -
That's as long as it can be for now. Open a ‘Help Desk’ ticket and ask for the Manufacturer's limit to be exposed. ⬇️ Link in my signature line. ⬇️

XR-80 Boro AIO By Monarchy & Vaperzcloud

You're welcome. Enjoy your mod. -

LostVape typically installs the Evolv default settings with maybe a logo and some extra non-TC material names on some profiles. I'd suggest you just look for a wallpaper with the logo, that is easily copied from a theme.

Under 'Help' the mod has been keeping backups on your behalf. Go restore from a date before you did your accidental delete. -

That's fine. Warmth is only used by Replay.
-
Yes. Turn off boost/warmth on mod. Start 'Device Monitor', only enable 'power' 'power set', <- that shows what is set, take a puff, hit pause, hover mouse over the lines.

Thanks for the updates.

On the mod. Right after the 0.6. Like the 1 o'clock position of the Ω symbol. I double my nic from my regular mod, and 15 watts for me, gives me similar flavour.
-
I do the opposite. I leave my warmth at 2 or 3, and adjust my boost. I'm running my 0.6Ω pod right now at 15 watts. It's a pod. I know others running theirs at >23 watts. Boost has always been at most 1 second. Turn up your watts to the heat you like, and if you want more at the beginning add some boost. If you look really carefully at that Ω symbol you'll notice a little squiggly through it. Those are equivalent ohms. They vape very similarly to the regular OXVA .6Ω pods. That's 100% correct, as shown by Atomizer Analyzer. Did you really believe all these pods from all the manufacturers build to such exacting standards. How you get to the vape you enjoy is all up to you, and your device is working as expected.

If that pixellation started from before your update, return it to place of purchase. If it only started after the update, perhaps a 'hard reboot' under escribe - Tools will fix it. If it does not, load a new copy of the firmware. If you did not mention the update, I would suggest you have a flaky screen that you or the vendor should replace.
-
For best results the coil core(s) should be SS or any other TC capable material. I believe yours is Nichrome. In order to get Nichrome to show 'Replay Ready' you need to take a longer puff, and then enable it.

Does the clone still 'fire'? Check your wiring and solder joints down at the JST connector for signs of juice ingress, or the overall board.

Open an offical 'Help Desk' ticket and relate your needs. * That SP only adds the OXVA DNA device. Link in my signature line.

From your description you potentially have 2 different problems. Lines on your dimming screen and fire button no longer working. The screens are very delicate and are easy to damage if mishandled by you or the builder. The fire button is an external button (not the one on the board itself). It could be just a soldered wire that has come undone or the button itself, or lastly the board itself. You could dismantle the mod and push the on board button to see if it works, but I would not suggest that due to the delicate screens (but yours already appears on the way out) Due to the above it's hard to come to the conclusion that the board is defective. You should reach out to the place of purchase if you still have a warranty, or Jai's builder for service. Keep us informed on what you decide to do, and what they say.

I've never seen a connector like that before. If the larger size fits, and you are confident in your soldering and diagram, then yes, use the larger cells.
