    @BillW50here was another HOG post. In the past they have had issues with the closing panel/plate, and even sold repair/replacements. IIRC they called it an X connector.     That lines up better with your initial post specs. Dual coil would be half that, not the .33 your DM showed. In your next post, can you describe your coil(s) in more detail. 1 or 2, spaced or contact, ID, wraps, etc. Also, If you're still in Profile 2, can you post that screenshot of Profile 2, along with a new DM screenshot. (Your numbers did not line up in your initial post). Do you have another atty you can use, preferably with a single spaced coil, for now. You should also check the 510 positive is snug, and clean on both the atty and mod. P.S What was that initial atty?

    Was this happening from new when you first got the mod? Was there a special theme on the mod?

    If it were me or in hindsight, the very first question would have been 'Describe your coil'. All we know now is it's a combination kanthal/SS coil, where it has nothing to do with your theme. I would consider it somewhat unstable, but is working for now. IMHO the title should be changed to be more relevant.

    @Lukasz369ns I have removed your DUPLICATE post. You NEVER need/should do that here. That's usually a shitty theme issue. Try just using the Evolv default theme and let me know if the issue persists. https://forum.evolvapor.com/files/file/1438-stock-theme-puff-count-edit/

    Now that's a first. I have managed to recreate the '22' on all 3 color boards running that SP55.1 firmware. I have opened a Help Desk ticket describing the issue.

    Need to see a picture of that. What theme, firmware, and board type (verifying it's a 250C) on that mod?

    Exactly what settings are you worried about? Do you have a problem? If you have a look under 'Help' you should see backups from the day you bought your mod and first plugged it in to escribe, you could restore from the very 1st one. But that will put back the original theme as well. That 5 year old file you keep mentioning will bring back settings, including firmware and default theme from 5 years ago.

    Just start escribe (with your mod plugged in) and on that startup 'General' page, click on the 'restore defaults' button/option. And voila. Everything default.

    @alsk1 I do not believe there is a bug (I could be wrong), and I am going to move these posts about this to their own topic. Since you have cleaned up the issue there is nothing more I can check. Nothing will be removed, just moved. Feel free to create new topics at your leisure in the relevant forum.

    I don't see the shortened filename on the right or the left. Or the duplicate file on the right side Everything else is normal. No issue. If you post THAT screenshot (short name), do not write text on it.

    Alrighty then, here's the info required to help you. What board type are you using. Color or black and white. What do you mean by this? ⬇ Where do you see it. What do you mean by this? ⬇ It might be easier if you post a couple screenshots for me to see.

    NO, not necessarily. The USB data/charging board is not integrated. It's a company manufacturing decision. You could rip the mod apart and permanently or temporarily install the board yourself for escribe access.

    Considering everything is locked unless it's first highlighted and then selected, seems like an option for the overly cautious. Anyway, I'd set it up as a toggle, aka on/off.

    Does it fire? Have you tried different cables? Plug it in, and let it sit for a minute. The board does not start charging immediately after being plugged in. Down in the bottom left hand corner (Device Manager) where you see stealth, locked ....... you'll also see charging (if it is).

    Go into escribe, start Device Monitor, and do a full Printscreen/screenshot

    Printscreens that show the full data(I don't mean they have to be enabled) are always much better than just that view you posted. That 190°C you see in Red is probably your 'Temperature Set' value, which is on the left hand side of the screen. On your box/mod, I believe those 2 values on the right hand side (watts and temp) are the averages for that puff.
