  1. It depends when you take the battery out, IIRC the DNA 200 saves it's settings when it goes to sleep or on soft reboot.
  2. Glad you got it sorted audiovicious, those results are for a black reference mod.
  3. With TPD the leak proof relates to filling and is more about the bottle than the tank, basically needle type bottles not necessarily metal needles the regs are in terms of the drip rate when the bottle is held upside down.
  4. You have had some bad luck there to be sure. Just on the subject of mod res I'm guessing the board mount screws are not tight enough on yours, I would just open it and give them a tweak (don't over tighten them) and you mod res should then read 0.003-0.004. The 510 thread issue is a bigger problem you would need the outer part of the 510 swapped or re-tapped, sorry not much help if you don't have the tools.
  5. Yes, that is good advice and what I do for mods reading a stable 0.004, I'm assuming the one here alternating between 0.004 & 0.005 is about 0.0045.
  6. What version of EScribe are you using? The latest is 2016-02-29 EScribe 1.0.42 available here /topic/66731-topic/ if yours is a 2015 version I suggest you try this, I have been using it for over a month with no issues.
  7. You have an extra balance wire, the one by the positive Wismec just bridge the outer two balance pads on the circuit board to the adjective power pads so only use two wires for the balance connections. You could use 4 balance wires if ther is room, but not much point using 3 rather than 2 IMO. Of the remaining 2 balance wires on your drawing the top on should go to balance 2 and the bottom one to balance 1, with balance 3 and balance GND bridging from adjacent power connection pads.
  8. I would use the lower value 0.004 as if to high it can affect the temp sensing stability.
  9. You should find when testing that the Raw and both Nominal values are the same and that nothing at all shown in cold ohms in Atomiser Analyser. Take the test piece out, check the Mod Resistance is set to zero and that setting has been uploaded to the device, press fire while the 510 is empty then put the test piece in and only then view in Atomiser Analyser.
  10. There are one or two in this thread /topic/67734-topic/
  11. The Lock ones switch automatically depending on whither the profile it temp dominate or not. To change material you need to lock (5 clicks on fire) then hold all 3 buttons down.
  12. 99% sure that is the screen ribbon cable being pinched under the fire button, the screen will fail completely soon so I would order one now IIWY only $14 shipped anywhere in the world. http://evolvapor.com/dna200.php
  13. Trust yourself more if you have to dial different temps to get the vape to match as far as you can then regardless of what the screens say the coils are close to being the same temp. I find I have to set the Evic 40-50 F lower for a similar temp with StealthVape SS316L. Personally SS is my least favourite wire, Ni200, NiFe30 and Ti are all much better IMO.
  14. I don't follow, what is it you think think the Evic does that the DNA can't? I find the regulation with 316L smoother with the DNA and it has the big advantage of preheat compared to a Evic Mini with V 3 fw. I have them set at similar temps and max the preheat on the DNAs (200 W, punch = 11, t = 3 s) and am using the SeamEngine 316L curve. Don't get me wrong the Evic is a bargain. ETA The Evic need setting about 40-50 F lower, a little worse than I remember but I don't like vaping without preheat so just use it when walking the dog.
  15. The fuse on it own would not stop it connecting to the computer you can connect a board which is not connected to a battery or screen to EScribe.
  16. You only need to set 2S, the battery capacity and do the correct battery wiring, but did you check that the board is fully working after taking it out of your Reuleaux?
  17. 1st post in this thread, don't worry you are far from the first person to ask that.
  18. 0.022 ? seems very high to me as well, all the mods I have made and the Rolo are between 0.003 ? and 0.004 ?.
  19. Wattage is user preference, once you adjust the temp to taste you could hook up Device Monitor and see what wattage you are actually using and then set it around there, a bit more maybe if you prefer adjusting vapour production by temp or a less if you prefer adjust it by watts.
  20. The atty should be at room temperature when you put it on, if you press fire when no atty is attached it ensures that the device knows you are changing. I find I have to run T1 at higher temps than other wires it is just that the wire is a bit different from the csv and I can't be bothered to edit the curve.
  21. You don't need a different csv for dual coils for single metal builds like Ti grade 1. Try trimming the bottom of the wicks so they just touch the deck and not locking the resistance, locking the resistance is only really a last resort for unstable resistance after trying everything else IMO.
