You could look at how the atty is performing in realtime, if you connect into escribe and select devise monitor and see how your (red) temp line is rising, falling, smooth and steady ect, sos it wont be clear to you until you experiment with it, ,, but if it vapes good as is right now, it cant be bad..

I wouldnt disturb it at the cells, cut the length down "yeh" and use an xt30 or 60 connector, even slice the xt30 or 60 in half for better manovability and then cover with shrink tube to insulate ect, no worries with your guage wires as allready suggested you can drop down your size at whatever connector you find to use..

Could have sworn it was 15 seconds, it does have on board overheat sensors, so you shouldnt be able to melt the board under normal load.. i dont have a smart arse answer as to how not to dastroy a non temp coil in atty if you pocket fire it... have you blown somthing???

Havnt got the faintest idear mate, i think the real answer is all about juice flow around the coil, i've got a few aromatizers, and other rdta's and the only way i can get the same flavour as a dripper is by dripping some down the spout. Also have never used any ti.. my prefrence to nife30 above ni200, i dont know that for sure either, i do know its easy to bend but not stupidly soft and its almost twice the resistance as ni and i like that, so nothing to do with flavour..

I had simular experiance using stainless, several months ago, i couldnt really get to grips with the coils and csv's, and when i thought i had got somthing steady the juice tasted awful, its very much an each to his own thing,, but having been using this site for several months, the stainless did come up quite often as problematic, not so much now that the new update carries a profile. i'm using kanthal in a dripper right now and as far as tc goes im using a lot of nife30, people must have some extreamly well tuned taste buds to rate one tc material over anouther, but again each to their own..

I agree with wieredlove, give it a good reacharge with a lipo charger,.. i would only use a puniy little ecig chargers on puniy little ecigs. sos to tell ya how it is, but ive blown the fuse on one of mine and i knew it was gonna be down to the charger i was using was poor, i would hate to give you the same headach, if your stuck use a smart phone charger. Like a samsung..

Very Slight difference in wire size. Eg..You can turn anealed ni200 28guage into 29 just by holding an end with pliers and running your fingers along it to straighten it beffor building. ((Stretched)) Pretty sure the wire guage is measured by the meter lenght, taking a measurment at every 100mm, a bit like we do, its only what?, a thou out. Try a different spool.. if yer mod checks out sound..

What kind off power are you putting through it? I ask the question because there are a lot of tabels that indicate actual usage time/power.. battery.. ect.. regardless of device.. would be interesting see an actual run time..

I think going through what youve said its the part of the board that governs the battery and its shot.. you need a new board, getting it sorted for nothing would be good..

Oh ok must have been someone els, if your not going to build your own, i would suggest the cheapest you can find, its the board and performance your after, not the box, if its horible you can allways paint it or put stikers on it..

I would put my money on the 510 on the mod has collapsed and the power out wire (soldered to center pin) is ratling around, fitting the aspire atty may have a slightly longer reach, so kind of works better, becsuse of a slightly firmer hold, you could ask at a vape shop if they can fit a new 510 or at least recomend someone..

I'm still using the kayfun russians, the v3 i think,, a single coil mouth to lung, i love the simplicity, reliability, and the very few parts.. but for flavour and lung hitting i dont think there will ever be anything better than a straight foreward dripper, even less parts, in what ever guise.. a little brass monkey ( not much moor than a bottle cap) with nano coils in is awsome for flavour, and if i want to set the alarms off in the next room a mutation x v2 or 3 does it with ease..

Yes i know... ive had one or two kayfun, but (clones) where the base of the 510 threaded ground has been so close to the centerpin screw that it has shorted off the mod centerpin when screwed in and fiered, so had to disassemble and grind down and then when reasembled the center screw to live post has protruded half a mill to make a true contact. If thdt makes sence if not i'll put a pic up.

Ive never seen anything like the adapter beffor, but better to customise that with a blob of solder on the center pin inside and out rather than mess up your mod and atty.. oh yeh i remember now cooling finns for a mutation x.
