  1. Oh I see, then it did really well considering it's elevated temperature.
  2. At the red arrow...it is 3.61 volts. This is with a LG HD2. Firing for 5 seconds.
  3. It does say "analyze" batteries capacitance but there is no box to set it, I'm unsure of just how that will work. As far as the discharge curve goes, that will affect battery gauge/percent displayed.
  4. Manufacturer is under the Options tab on SP3...other wise the settings are under the Mod tab. There's not much (nothing) to set in the way of battery capacity with the 75
  5. I'm looking at it from happening due to rebooting more than from the FW upgrade, but really don't have any real knowledge about it.
  6. Of coarse it needs to be returned to the store. It compares to what happened to my VT133 a couple of days ago. It was already running SP3 for awhile. My cells look the same, I have narrowed it down to the actual DNA board.
  7. Are your cells/pack showing correct voltage in Device Monitor?
  8. I think a screen shot of Device Monitor showing battery sag while firing at 50 watts would go a long way here at determining the problem here. I use a SMY75 with LG HD2 18650 that fires at 40 watts/50 watts preheat 1 second and have no complaint regarding battery life. If there are connection problems between the battery and board or weak battery this can be seen by the sag.
  9. There is no USB charging current displayed for the 75.
  10. Thanks Bill
  11. Were they not done by the maker?
  12. To be able to use 'Mod" tab go to 'Options" and select "Manufacturer"......with SP3
  13. Not that I'm aware of.
  14. A way of having it keep the memory of the coil in use is to power with USB cable during battery change.
  15. Well this is about as homemade as you can get but functioned quite nicely for me.
  16. I was hoping for a different answer, I'm sure you were too.
  17. What model DNA board do you have?
  18. Some of the earliest ones I believe "left" without the coating. Sounds good.
  19. Is the board coated?
  20. I know....nice.
  21. Well if they were to send me one like that I surely would not be disappointed.
  22. While I don't know I purchased one on the 4th. I'll be slightly disappointed if it's not a typical ERM with 900 mah lipo.
  23. I got thinking about this post when I stumbled across this while using a Velosity on my VT133 with 2 25r's. Here is the live view of it firing at 90 watts with 1 second 110 watt preheat and 11 punch. I've upped the temp to keep it out of the way. So I move the atty to my VTBox200 with lipo, same settings. I'm looking at the green line, temp at this point is null. When I get home from work I'm going to replace the two 25r's in the VT133 with some LG HD2's that I got yesterday and check it again. OK, got home and put in two never used just off the charger LG HD2's....It was my not very old Samsung 25r's was the problem (maybe fakes, who knows but I doubt it) Here is my live view on the VT133 with new batteries. Looks better than with the lipo. Sorry BL, I didn't think it would turn out this way.....LOL
  24. I believe the screens changed some do to the place that made them burning down...something like that.
  25. I for sure don't know the answer but I suspect that even set higher than it's 23.xx amps it can still only draw 23.xx amps max.
