  1. Set the wattage you want and turn the temperature off...
  2. Billw50, have you tried "Restore Defaults" to see if that makes any difference?
  3. Have been following this discussion and have a question for you guys. So you read the puff counter and then you download and save the *.ecig file from the device before removing the batteries. Then remove and replace the batteries, check the puff counter, and then uploading the saved *.ecig file. Check the puff counter again. What are the results?
  4. If you don't have a problem changing the watt hours to something like 11.1 and uploading it to see how it reacts you might see a difference in the battery meter at full charge. You can always change it back to 12.21. The watt hours setting effects the battery meter in the device but not the charging to a full 4.20 volts of each cell.
  5. Their web page spec's say the battery is 12.21 watt hours (1100 mah). What are the settings showing in EScribe under the Battery Section? Nice looking mods by the way.... http://axisvapes.com/our-stabilized-wood-mod/
  6. Which device do you have?
  7. You said it is a new piece... if ya can't get it going how about sending it back to where ya got it for replacement under warranty?
  8. Can you post a link to the video you saw that shows a graphic when firing??
  9. Configurable for "firing", "charging", "charge complete", and "normal operation" but not for profiles.
  10. Pictures would be nice..... is the board in the handheld case?
  11. Maybe corrupt firmware in the device. How about uploading previous firmware version back to the device and see if that helps...
  12. Also in the lower left hand corner of Device Monitor you can check the "Mode:" status .... what does it say?
  13. As was mentioned before: using the Theme tab, pick one of the themes and click the capture button. You can do this at anytime to see what the screen is currently trying to display. Knowing what the screen is currently saying (but you can't see on the screen) may help you. As black lace said the device will operate without the screen...
  14. Stand off's are ground also (see data sheet). http://www.evolvapor.com/datasheet/dna200.pdf
  15. DNA75 just released so lots of orders for Evolv to fill. Normally the boards won't show up on Evolv's site until vendor/manufacturer demand slows a bit. They will eventually be up on Evolv's web site.
  16. Are you using the on-board buttons or external buttons? Also you should check all the ground connections of your device. Loose grounds or poor grounds can cause many issues.
  17. hum..... where is the download for 1.0.51... I must have missed that... THX
  18. What Version of EScribe are you running?
  19. If covered by warranty there is usually no charge but you pay for shipping old board to them. You never answered my question.... So you hooked it up to EScribe..... what did you find out was shown in Device Monitor under "Mode"?
  20. So you hooked it up to EScribe..... what did you find out was shown in Device Monitor under "Mode"? I guess you got it vaping again, right?
  21. Just curious.... hook your mod up to EScribe and go to Device Monitor.... What does it say in the lower left hand corner of Device Monitor (where it says "Mode") ?
  22. It's probably more than the screen if it won't vape...
