  1. I would be curious to see a screenshot of the Mod Tab default settings of the droid....
  2. So I'm guessing the ecig file you got from facebook was not an ecig file from Vapedroid but was an ecig file somebody created with some profiles they set up. I would contact Vape droid and ask them to send you the ecig file. It still may be that your current ecig file is OK and the board may have an issue but the logical thing to do is get an original ecig file and then if that doesn't resolve the issue then it may be a board issue. If I recall the droid has 90 day warranty and the board has one year from Evolv.
  3. Ok, I am doing the same thing here as you are doing there. When plugged in to charge it is doing what it should and you should see a red LED light (and lightning bolt) while charging turning to green (and no lightning bolt) when charged. With the Charge brightness set at 50% and not plugged in to charge the screen should go out after 60 seconds or so. So the original ecig file that came installed in the device has not been changed? If it has then it may be the ecig file you installed may have an issue. If the ecig file wasn't replaced from the original then you may have a board issue. That's my best guess from what you are seeing. Has it done this from the start as a brand new device? What device is your DNA75?
  4. OK, when you change only the Charging brightness to 50% what happens? What does it do while plugged in to charge and also not plugged in to charge?
  5. So when you have only default settings (no changes made whatsoever) on the Theme Tab and on the Screen Tab it still never sleeps? Can you post screenshots of the Theme and Screen Tab's showing all DEFAULT Settings?
  6. Glad you are enjoying the Evolv technology devices. Welcome aboard...... !!!!!!
  7. Do a soft reboot or click upload settings... battery meter should return...
  8. If you suspect your .ecig file it might be better to create a new one when you get your repaired device back. I personally don't download/upload any unknown/suspect .ecig file.
  9. The DNA200 folks already have the improved SS firmware. It came with the "Early" Release of 2016-08-08 EScribe 1.2 SP3 . Link: /topic/66731-topic/?do=findComment&comment=900118
  10. Have you thought about restoring your computer back to a date prior to your first install of EScribe? If your restore points go back that far? Then download EScribe and try it again...
  11. Curious where you downloaded EScribe from and is it the English, German, or other version? Language of computer and are any language packs installed?
  12. So with all the posts to date "What has been accomplished" and "What is it you are searching for @set5"? Buck-Boost is not as efficient as Buck regulators and a quality battery is better than a battery of lesser quality. Seems simple to me but I must be missing something... no problems with battery life here on my 200's or 75's.
  13. Let us know how it goes when you take it back for replacement.....
  14. hum.... so only difference between the two devices while vaping is the battery.... The Efest 26650 being the lesser of the bunch... So if you put the VTC5A in the VT75 what is the results... Mooch rates the VTC5A at 25A and the Efest 26650 at 23A but the Efest also heats up quite a bit more in use... What is the cell soft cut-off of the SX M and what do you have the cell soft cut-off set to on the VT75?
  15. Are you vaping in TP mode? What are your settings (Temp, wattage, preheat, punch, duration) on the 75 and what are your settings on the SX M?
  16. FAQ from Lost Vape's Facebook Page: Q1: Do you have warranty for your products? We offer 6 months manufacturing warranty. Q2:I bought a device from a vendor, and now it doesn't work, what should I do? Please try to contact the vendor you bought from firstly. As a manufacturer, we do not deal with individuals, but our authorized vendors. These vendors will collect faulty mods and send back to us for repair and replace. We recommend customers to deal with issued vendors to speed up the warranty process. There would be no problems for authorized vendors to take care of their customers. Q3: The vendor I bought from refused to deal with me and ask me to contact you, what should I do? If some of the vendors refuse to help fix your issues, they might not be one of our authorized vendors. Please attach an e-copy of your receipt and contact our Repair Center in Ohio US or London UK to schedule a repair. Q4. What are the contact info of your Repair Centers? US Ohio: lostvaperepair@gmail.com UK London: info@vapegeek.com Q5. What should be included while emails the Repair Center? Please attach an e-copy of your receipt and a picture of the mod, highlight the issued vendor and date, and describe the issues of the mod Q6. How long will it take for the Repair Centre to fix my mod? It normally takes 2-3 weeks to get your mod back, but it also depends on how busy the center is, what parts needed to fix. We beg your pardon for the delay, and thanks for your patience. Q7. What is your turn around time for replacement? It normally takes 2-3 weeks. As our company is located in China, sometimes we need to ask our distributors to do us a favor to help ship out replaced parts and collect faulty mods to ship back to China. Our Repair Centers are recently found in Ohio US and London US. It takes some times to get them move smooth. For any delay, we beg your pardon and patience. And also thanks for your support of our products. We are trying our best to move our customer service better and faster.
  17. The post was edited as you were replying thus the Atty Analyzer question was added by edit....
  18. To see Atty Analyzer in the General Tab and to see the Mod Tab go to Options> User Interface> and click on Manufacturer.
  19. Did you run Case Analyzer to get the thermal settings and did you zero out the Mod resistance and use a "tool" to get the true Mod resistance? Sounds like therein lies your issue.... What were the setting before changing them? And after changing them?
  20. Almost sounds like cell 1 is not getting a good connection to the battery sled either by a poor physical connection or a poor connection via the wiring of the sled.
  21. Is the Triade new? Has it connected previously?
  22. What firmware file and settings file are you loading? Are you creating a "new" one or trying to "open" a file? Why are you wanting to run Production Utility? Production Utility: For use by manufacturers and modders. Uploads device specific settings to the attached DNA and tests functionality.
  23. The thermal properties of the device case. The case is analyzed for many things such as heating and cooling properties of the internal temp of the enclosure/board. Necessary for proper and more accurate temp control while vaping in temp protect mode... Here is a link, if you are interested. It comtains a link to a tutorial (kinda out of date but still good reference) and a few videos (also kinda dated) to watch. May give you a better understanding of DNA devices and answer many questions you might have.. /topic/66696-topic/?do=findComment&comment=899780
  24. The DNA200 Datasheet says the max input current is 23 amps. The DNA75 Datasheet says Input Current Max 28.0 Amps and Input Current, pulse Max 32.0 Amps The DNA 60 Datasheet says Input Current Max 25.0 Amps and Input Current, pulse Max 32.0 Amps
