  1. Hello guys. Is there a way to get rid of the new coil message when switching profiles or taking the atty on and off?
  2. Guess there's no fix for it then..
  3. An error message "Menu Error. Press Up" pops up when I try adjusting my wattage. Is there a fix for this?
  4. So no one can assist me with this issue?
  5. I recently got a Vicious Ant Primo DNA75. Clicked the 'apply new service pack' and the chip went completely silent and is rejecting all kinds of restoration methods. Applying older SPs doesn't work with earlier versions of Escribe. Well, it works until 10% then gives an error. Tried a manual SP update and still didn't work. What can I do at this point?
  6. After messing for more than 3 hours with Escribe SPs, I finally managed to get it to work!!! I am not applying anymore SPs for the device. Thank you for helping out, I greatly appreciate it.
  7. Nope. Doesn't work. I still get an error. "Can't figure out the device version." Seems like I completely bricked it unintentionally. Looks like I'll need to send it back to Lost Vape with the way things are going at the moment.
  8. Oh, Yeah. I've been doing that and it's not working either. I get ' The device did not respond' error.
  9. How do you re-flash the firmware? I don't think I tried that yet.
  10. Yes, Plugged into two different ports using two different cables. Nothing seems to work. As I mentioned before, Escribe recognize that it's a DNA250 device, but the device itself seems to be rejecting everything and anything.
  11. That didn't work. I tried almost everything possible. I tried to open another DNA250 SP. It starts applying it but at about 20% of the install, it disconnects. My Therion 133 is working perfectly fine. Edit: Applying a service pack will result in 'The device did not respond' error. I have no idea what to try anymore. Edit 2: While applying the service pack, Escribe decided to crash. Some "unhandled exception" error popped up.
  12. I just recently bought the device mentioned in the topic. Plugged it to my PC to customize some settings. Noticed the service pack for the device, so I clicked it. Half way through it, I got an error saying that the device disconnected. The screen blacked out and the device wouldn't turn back on. Tried a soft/hard reset, but to no avail. Escribe is detecting the device, though everything I try to do pops an error. When clicking on connect and download software, I get 'Can't figure out the device version' error. Applying older service packs will result in 'Can't find device' error. Running device monitor will give 'Timed out or disconnected.' Show serial number gives 'Failed to get serial number.' I feel like that SP update bricked my device, though Escribe is still showing that it's connected. This is really frustrating. Help, please. Edit: The device worked perfectly fine before applying that SP.
