Same here. Lost Vape Efusion Duo among others. I have also NEVER locked ohm's, and have no issues as you are having. Same Cleito with their .4 SS coils. No issues. Ohm's never locked.

Welcome to the forum @headbay. You're on the evolvapor site in their forum. Of course they know about this error/glitch. You are actually in a thread regarding this very issue. The famous moderators have given their workarounds and also said you may need to follow their suggestions multiple times. The card is not cheap and that's because we have an active vendor, a 1 year warranty, and one of the best Temp Control experiences in the industry, everything a Chinese company does not offer. Maybe like those Chinese companies, their efforts are being used to create the 'Flappy Bird' game in the next update.

Which mod is it where you can watch the screen that closely, my screens are all covered by fingers while firing, plus I'd end up going cross-eyed.

@JamieanJanie, I use SS and build to around .3-.4 and it's bang on temp. Smooth as glass line in Device monitor. I believe the bigger issue is ensuring that both coils are identical for perfect temp control. I just checked, and under 'coil-wrapping' - setup, there certainly is dual coil. Cheers man

Why build as low as possible? Use steam-engine and figure out the wraps and I-D you like and it'll tell you what it would ohm out to.

@VB you're always such a wealth of great information, but I couldn't find any mention of wire type mentioned on that page at all. So would you change 'Sweet spot' to 'Max Sweet spot'?

I'm certainly no expert here, but I believe in your 1st batch of screen shots it showed you had a mod resistance set at '0'. Is that still the case?

Or, you can head over to Steam-engine - mod range - choose Evolv DNA75, and with a 30A battery, it'll show the sweet spot as being .36? Resistance range for maximum power 75 W 0.083 – 0.513? Median resistance 0.207? Sweet spot 0.36? Then, head to the coil wrapping tab, lock in 0.36? Target resistance, input your wire specs, and voila, how many wraps for your coil. If I have any of that wrong gents, please let me know.

@machobear Don't lock the resistance unless you have a wandering ohm reading. The DNA uses refinement, and will adjust after you're using the atty.

@2legsshrt I have the Duo and the VT133. They are almost identical in all dimensions and quality. I prefer the VT133 because it feels more solid and has nicer buttons. As for ergonomics it's got that curved area that fits in my hand and feels better. BUT, it does have a very slight battery door wobble. The 510 connector area is larger so there will be no atty swirls over time. My leather Duo is sexy. The buttons have sharper edges. The panels are just stickers so you can't reuse the old ones if you want to change them out. I really like the battery door, it's seamless and perfect. The 510 connector area is smaller so there will be atty swirls over time unless you use a protector. I rarely go over 75 watts, and prefer using 18650's but it's good to know that if I wake up one morning and decide to become a 200 watts cloud chucking champion that I can swap in a Lipo.

Oh, no. You've fallen for the beauty, resiliency, and allure of the DNA chip. There will soon be an Evolv equivalent of AA for us. I got my 1st just before Christmas, and am now up to 5. You'll find others with over a dozen. Mad props, much respect to Evolv. I've also got a Duo, in leather, and my only issue is that they're stickers so in order to put on the carbon fiber or wood would mean ruining what's on there now. The other panels should have come as panels that could be swapped, and not stickers. Enjoy, and Vape on!

3 days, yeah. I must be on everyone's ignore list. LOL. Thanks for responding. Such a massive drop in wattage, I'm going to measure it out for myself. Once in watts, the other TC. I'll reset my stats before each. As far as the SS .4 coils, I have 3 identical tanks with these coils, and not a single one will show the temp curve with these 3 separate coils. Mod resistance set by me on all 3 mods, and they're all different. No worries, these are those coils used in many different tanks, so I'll try another brand of coil.

Either I have misunderstood the modcrate writeup or it's not been updated with newer information. At first I also thought it was only 18mm diameter, not 22mm, but the 22mm is in the details. Odd naming for the non builder(me), but clear to you guys.
