Hi, yeah I meant getting the one out of the vt75. I'm thinking for the price of $14 I may just order a new screen. Saves taking my vt75 apart & also I'm going to be selling it so don't want to take apart really.

Also where I flashed the firmware through escribe & put the new service pack on I lost all the pre loaded settings it came with, is there any way to get that back?

I have got a hcigarvt75 that I could pinch the screen out of & test it, then I'd know either way. Only thing is I'm pretty sure the Hcigar has another board above the DNA which the screen is attached to, not 100% it will be removable

Ok I've checks the escribe and the screen disconnect has 0 next to it. So do you think it's actually a screen problem? Cheers for the help

Cheers chunky, that's all I needed to know, il grab one & swap it myself. Gearbest are trying to fob me off saying its normal to have extra pixels & by the time I send it to lost vape the postage will prob work out more.

Hi guys as title states I think I need a new screen for my skar75 as current one has pixels issues. Are all the DNA screens the same as its $14 delivered & I'd feel confident swapping it over. That screen says for dna200 in the shopping basket. That's on evolve website

I ran it through escribe, no change. Looks like a long wait for replacement. Cheers for the help chaps

I've just emailed gearbest, I've requested a replacement & return envelope for the faulty item. Not unreasonable I think. Il also try running through escribe later see if latest firmware sorts the problem, although I've got a feeling it's a chip issue.

I've just recieved my skar75 & I've noticed there is extra pixels lighting up on the screen mainly through the centre from left to right & the lower half of screen seems duller than the top. Any advice? Cheers Dan

Ok I've built up the coils, wicking is perfect checked several times. I'm running ni200 hot mode @ 275oc and it stills seems a cool vape I'm running 55w. Any recommendations

So it would be safe on a vt167 I'm using Sony vtc4 battery's. Would you have a recommended wattage to run? Also with ni200 does the wire degrade with use to become toxic? I know not to dry burn & lock ohms at room temp & don't have the coil wraps touching so I don't get hotspots

Cheers for the reply bud, now I've got some 26awg ni200 I'm thinking of putting a spaced build in my obs engine 10wraps per side. This should ohm out at about 0.050 is that safe for my DNA 250 to run that lower ohm? When I looked at spec sheets for dna250 it said only down to 0.1ohm in tc. For that in ni200 would have to be some seriously thin wire.
