I don't have any first hand experience with that but here's what I think. The ribbon is soldered on to the board and while it can be replaced it takes considerable skill. The extension cable will have to be fabricated or a similar ribbon modified and soldered to existing ribbon and board. You should be able to purchase a new screen for the DNA 20 by opening a ticket with Evolv. https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add
Are these the coil heads that you are using? http://www.vaporifics.com/aspire-cleito-120-maxi-watt-coil-0-16ohm-5pk/ They are stainless steel. Are you using them in temp mode or power mode?
You will always have 8, what you can do would be to make profiles 3 & 4 the same as 1 & 2. Do the same with 5 & 6 and 7 & 8. That way you will always have your desired change one click away, either up or down. That's about all that can be done,
Not much difference, give it some time charging/using, it should balance. Then see how it does under load. After looking at it more ...maybe, see if it continues after some cycles.
SMY had it set to 0.0016 ohm, tested it myself and got the 0.002 Presumably they also got 0.002 and subtracted 20% as was recommended way back in time on the forum.
No it's not the firmware, it's good connection between the board and 510. I'm pretty sure i'm using the same firmware that you are on my 75.......2016-06-05.sw-update
The 510 on the SMY SDNA75 I consider one of the better ones of the mass produced mods. It is my only DNA mod with a 0.002 ohm mod resistance. The others are 0.004 - 0.005 ohms There is one problem that could easily develop with it and that is they soldered the ground output wire to the nut that holds the 510 body into the case. If the nut becomes loose problems arise. It's certainly easy enough to check and correct.
That battery if authentic should be fine. Set your cell soft cut off to 2.7 volts. A bad connection from the battery will result with that warning as well as a low battery. Clean the threads anyway even if they look clean.
