  1. Shame, Thanks craig. I was hoping to troubleshoot it on my own but seems like I have no choice but to get help from suppliers... I hope they reply soon. mod's pretty new.
  2. I see, these are nearly fresh batteries and I was thinking cell #2 was reading the right amount.. Is my only course of action to file a ticket @evolv? or is there something I can do about it?
  3. Damn, it's okay. Atleast I got a lead, I'm not so sure if the problem is internal or external tho.
  4. Hey man, Looks like you're right, cell no.1 is not making full contact no matter what battery I use in it. Even tried mixing it up, it was always cell no.1 ...what do I do?
  5. I've left it at home and when I came back, every time I press fire, the screen turns on but as soon as I let go of firing, it immediately turns off. If I hold the fire button, it turns on and gets to the mode screens and is sort of operational (except for the fact that you're holding fire).. Usb can't detect it but no voltages on battery and or charge on screen. Could this be a battery problem? or is my DNA broken in some way? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQGSPi5mNAY Exactly the same as this!
  6. Although the DNA200/250 is a crazy safe board, I accidentally made a 0.06ohm build. 6 wraps parallel SS316L 24g x2 It took quite a bit of time and was hoping to keep it.. But with that said, my mod only has 2x Li ion batteries, am I pushing it too far? Is there some place I can educate myself about this, spefically for the dna200?
  7. Mine seems to be operating just fine at 2.5v but ofcourse I'm still curious as to why it's what ThinkVape set it at. I'm planning on bumping it up at around 2.7-2.9 but I'm not really seeing its effects for the past few days I've been using it.
  8. Hey guys, got something to follow up this discussion. I've noticed the the OEM soft cell cutoff was 2.5v, I've read alot that it was recommended to be 3.09v.. Would you guys have any good guesses as to why it was 2.5v default?
  9. The default didn't work since it had inaccurate wattage and capacity. It gave me a check battery error.
  10. Immediately as it also deleted battery settings, luckily someone on reddit shared their 2 cell settings and it allowed me to vape on the raw DNA250 while i was at the office.
  11. I was not able to make a backup beforehand It was an accident per se; I mindlessly clicked it not realizing what I have done..
  12. Thinkvape has already replied to me, Here's the Ecig file that I got and I think everything's a-okay now! Finder_167.ecig
  13. Thanks, I am requesting now.. Since I've resetted my DNA250 chip is there anything I should look out for? I hope I'm not doing anything dangerous.. (while waiting for the ecig file atleast..)
  14. Hi Guys, I've restored config on my Finder 167 and thought it was going to be the same as out of the box but little did I know that it restored the chip into zero and had to set even the battery again... I've lost all the OEM configuration and even the case configs and I'm completely lost now.. What should I do? I've recently got the batteries running and can vape now but I'm not sure what else I should do..
