1. Yes that would be fine. Although you won't have the firmware 2/23/2016 for the DNA200 device, but it might already be up to date. Won't know until you connect it to EScribe and open the Device Monitor and look at the bottom as to what version is installed. CORRECTION: 02-27-2016 (1.0.42)
2. It still works from the battery right? That part of not connecting by USB... well the only thing left that you can do is to contact Evolv to repair it.
3. Absolutely that is exactly what you should do. That SetupES_2016-05-06_DNA75(1.0.56) doesn't include any firmware for the DNA200, but your 2-23-2016 firmware will stay there anyway when it is replaced by the 5/6 one.
4. I love my two Triades. Batteries fit very tight though. It is best instead of centering the negative of the batteries first, just put them in by just barely on the edge and get the positive in there first (while pushing against the spring), then push the negative in the rest of the way. Otherwise the batteries will be inserted with too much of a slant and won't fit. Same idea coming out, but in reverse.
5. The L frame for the Wismec 510 holder will need to be cutoff. And you might need to cut into the battery sled to make it fit.
6. That is what I would do. Hell I hate my RX200 mods and I would rob the 510 out of them to repair a Reuleaux DNA200 in a heartbeat.
7. If you are not going to keep it, I would sell it. Surely it is worth something.
8. My two Reuleaux DNA200 510 pin measures from top of pin to the base of an atomizer: Pin up: 3.9mm Pin dw: 4.6mm If yours is within that range, it is still good. With long 510 atomizers, I use mod guards like these (they are 0.4mm thick): http://www.kidneypuncher.com/kp-mod-guard-5-pack/
9. Will it at least charge by USB, or is that dead too?
10. 3.67? at 57.4 watts is 14.5v. The DNA200 only hits 9v tops. It is only going to hit at 22 watts and nothing higher. Why are you using so high of resistance?
11. Hahaha... so true. Anyway here is how balance chargers generally work.
12. Well if all cells are a perfect clone of each other, they would stay in balanced. But any slight difference and they get slightly imbalanced. This is all perfectly normal. What is important is they are close enough to work well with each other and the act of balancing cells keeps them that way. You probably haven't let it to complete the balancing for a number of recharges. So it just keeps getting worse and worse until you let it complete.
13. Oh it is doing cell balancing (voltages are not the same) and that process is slow. Just leave it on charge when you are not using it and it will slowly correct it. You can still use it, but it needs time to balance the cells.
14. What does the Device Monitor show for cell voltages and pack?
15. Here you go. I uploaded it to imgur.com for you, so just use this link. http://i.imgur.com/9VJjmli.gif
16. Yes indeed jurdanas. I just like to know the capacity and charging time using a different number of methods.

Yes indeed Larry. Most of the time that is fine by me. Most of those Chinese warranties are pretty worthless anyway. There was one online vendor and I wish I could recall who they were. But they stated they had returned defective mods back to the manufacture and they never heard back, received credit, or anything. So they don't bother sending mods back to the manufacture anymore. I don't even recall who they were talking about, but it was one of the big name Chinese manufactures. Even a Google search didn't jog my memory. Neither did looking through my Internet history.
18. Oh ok. If you just sit down over there and breath gently and put your feet up on this foot stool. I'll go and make you a cup of tea. Want me to phone someone?
19. That is easy, the black wire one is ground. They are labeled as GND, 1, 2, 3 (red). GND (neg) + 1 (pos) = Cell 1 1 (neg) + 2 (pos) = Cell 2 2 (neg) + 3 (pos) = Cell 3
20. If you want pics of the inside of a Reuleaux DNA200, there are plenty of them out there.
21. You can plug it into the USB without batteries, that is okay. It still should communicate with the DNA200. It just won't fire without batteries, that is all. But you can still set it up and everything with EScribe. Are you using a Windows machine, a Mac, or what? It should be next to impossible to brick the DNA200.
22. Ok, but there are a number of 3 battery DNA200 mods. Like the Reuleaux DNA200, the Triade DNA200, etc. These two by the way, also use rings around the positive battery connection. They have them because if you put the batteries in backwards, they won't make a connection which is good since it would blow a fuse if it did. There is a special way getting the batteries in and out of these two since the rings can tear up the battery wraps (covers). Here I'll get the video for you. This one is about the Triade, but the same idea for the Reuleaux.
23. I thought the Crown's Ni200 coils were fine. Although I think I only used two of the stock Ni200 coils and then started building my own with the optional RBA. But the word out on the street says that the Crown's Ni200 coils are hit or miss. So I guess it is a gamble. I never used my SS316L Crown coils, so I am no help there. I heard they are tricky to get TC right with them.

Wake up

Well everyone says Evolv service is really great. Although I guess they don't like me. As I have been waiting since the 2nd for them to get back to me since I have a dead DNA200. Ecig should take care of you too, as they say their service is very good too. But I don't think they have anymore in stock, so they will probably give you your money back or store credit or something.
