  3. Same thing happened to my VT133, Evolv had me send in the board and they sent me a new one. They were going to let me send the whole mod but I just sent the board.
  4. Sorry to tell you but the board is the problem.
  5. My money would be on the battery contacts...just saying.
  6. 0.3 ohms (hot if TC wire) @ 6 volts =120 watts 0.2 ohms at 6 volts would be 180 watts Here I'm seeing around 3.65 volts /topic/65896-topic/?do=findComment&comment=892026
  7. What does eScribe show for cells 1 & 2 voltage?
  8. No additional files are needed for Nichrome or Kanthal, the board automatically stays in power mode when using them.
  9. You want the 167 version, right? PM sent.
  10. Set at 133 watts, got 133 watts....for sure pushing it
  11. I'm guessing here but all the +'s are really the same no matter their label. So if you pick up power off just one it could power the added board for all buttons. How about a picture from the side showing how the 6 connections are made from one board to the other?
  12. I guess I might as well through this in. The DNA200 has a hard cell cut off of 2.85 volts unless that changed with firmware update, I don't know but doubt it. Probably the 250 is the same in regards to cut off, again I don't know for sure. The 200/250 was designed to operate with a LiPo pack not round cells (18650, ect.) hence the higher soft/hard cutoff. 18650's, ect have their mah capacity measured between 2.5 - 4.2 volts, a lipo shouldn't be drained down that low. So when you use 18650's, ect. with a board designed for a LiPo pack so the capacity of the round cell between 2.5 and 2.85 volts is not usable. I set my round cell powered 200's 12% lower than what the calculator comes up with. A firmware update listing the round cells would be an option but for sure folks would be using it with a Lipo and that could end up being a safety issue. Call every thing here "just my opinion"
  13. It isn't showing the value of the loaded pack (sag), what is the voltage? Might have two problems going on there, providing that's a TC profile.
  14. It appears Google Translate isn't cutting it. Must be: What does "check battery" mean.
  15. I suspect your problem to be with the battery sled contacts, you will soon see. HE2, HE4, 25r's....all good
  16. here's a screen of my vt133 firing @ 65 watts. cells is are about 4.1 volts unloaded, 3.69 volts loaded. They are Samsung 25r's
  17. It looks to me as you are hitting the soft cell cut off, either battery, battery connection or both aren't cutting it. Sag under load looks excessive.
  18. In eScribe under the option tab change the user interface to something other than "clean"
  19. I just don't have good knowledge of what maximum wattage would be on the 2 cell powered version with your build. But just going off the fact that 167 is 2/3rd of 250 then 2/3rd's of 175 watts is around 115, I'm just not sure if this is how it would work out or not.
  20. Well then my earlier posts were made thinking it was a 3S lipo pack. Connection from batteries to battery contacts need to be considered as a possible problem perhaps, I'm not familiar with what they used there.
  21. I see no reason that you shouldn't be able to achieve your settings providing the board is receiving correct power battery wise. What battery/type powers your mod. If I have this figured right (looking at the data sheet/output power) you should be able to hit around 175 watts with that build.
  22. Are you using it in temperature control mode or wattage/power mode?
