  1. Ok..took me a minute to remember...old timers disease......Set mod resistance to 0...attach cold coil..turn watts or temp to lowest...quick fire to get mod to check cold ohms...run AA & subtract the cold ohms
  2. Or...if you are using Windows...Snipping Tool...included in Vista & later versions...
  3. You can try this..on the last 250 I bought, I too was having the ? when trying to obtain the mod resistance due to the wonky Atomizer Analyzer..took a build that I knew the ohms...ran the analyzer & subtracted..in this instance, the build was .07?...this may help you get a closer idea as to your mod resistance...of the 7 DNA devices I have, they range from .003 to .005 Just make sure that the coil is cold..
  4. There is a really handy ohm's law calculator here...http://www.steam-engine.org/ohm.html...and if I am reading it correctly, with a 3.7v battery, the max watts on a .6? coil is 22.82 & .7? coil is 19.56...but I could be mistaken...
  5. Looks like the battery sag is kicking off the preheat & when the voltage rises, its firing at the set wattage...
  6. Battery sag?...what is your cell soft cutoff set for in the 'Mod' tab?
  7. Hmmm....sounds like the 'knock' has knocked loose a battery connection internally, either at the battery sled or at the board. If the device is still in warranty, I would try contacting Lost Vape...http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/....
  8. I would try a soft reboot, and if that doesn't work, try a hard reboot... Save your .ecig file first...
  9. What are your battery levels reading in Device Monitor? Edit: Also, verify that the battery settings in the Mod tab are still set for 2 batteries...
  10. Have you checked the battery contacts? Make sure that both of the - buttons have good pressure against the battery...
  11. Ok, I just set my DNA75 up like you had with the preheat & at 230°c,10w power, 75w preheat, my device was dropping out of TC & into power mode because at 10w power, the board is not seeing enough temperature rise...when I raised the power setting to 50w, it worked fine. Edit:...looks like retird beat me to it while I was typing...
  12. What kind of wire/coils are you using?
  13. Are you saying that it is not getting hot at all? Are you getting any messages on the screen? Can you post a screenshot of Device Monitor showing you firing the device?
  14. Make sure your device is connected to Escribe via a USB cable...go to Tool>Diagnostics>Reboot Device>Hard Reboot
  15. This is the .csv file for 3 LG HG2 batteries... LG_HG2 (3)_18650_3000 mah_28.3 Wh.csv ...set the WH at 28.3...You would need to run the battery analyzer for the .csv profile & Wh for the HE4's, unless you can find it here on the forum somewhere...search at the top of the screen... Edit: All those settings are going to do is fine tune the accuracy of the battery meter on the device...doesn't effect battery life or quality of your vape...
  16. Lithium polymer would be the correct setting for 18650's
  17. Will need some more info...wire type?...atomizer?....TC or power mode?...etc...Have you checked resistance stability with the Atomizer Analyzer in Escribe?
  18. Pretty sure...LG HG2's weren't produced until 2014...it fooled me too until I put on a pair of cheaters to read it better...
  19. I have found that the Wh calculators almost always over calculate the value...can only get the true value by running the battery analyzer...glad it's working better for ya now...
  20. USB charging should not effect the battery life, but if you want to disable it...Device Monitor>Diagnostics>Set USB Current Limit...enter a value of '0'...you can always turn it back on again by choosing 'Reset USB Current Limit'
  21. Here is the .csv file for 2 LG HG2's.... LG_HG2 (2)_18650_3000 mah_17.43 Wh.csv Settings as such: Wh=17.43 CSC=2.8 Maximum puffs Why are you wanting to turn off USB charging? Edit: Download the .csv file & remember where you downloaded it to...Go to 'Mod' tab...Load CSV...choose file you just downloaded...
