Bottom plate screws? Edit: If you are referring to issue of the bottom pushing down when inserting certain 26650 cells (youtube), then no..haven't had that problem. I have only used the Ijoy & Green Efest cells...both of these cells are 65.11mm long...

You need to contact the vendor you bought it from...SMY warranties devices to dealers for 6 months...

What versions of the firmware is in your devices?

I don't know...seems like there could be an issue in 3 cell mode with the removable sled...extra set of contacts between the cell & the board...and with it being removable, seems there will be a lack of solid continuity through those contacts...just my opinion, of course...

In Escribe, 'Files>Open' and select the .ecig file

Usually, when you see a cell voltage above 4.2v, it is an indicator of a board problem/issue

The factory settings are kinda set on the Skar 75. Seeing that not every device is identical, even of the same brand/model, it is always wise to run the analyzers & mod resistance test for oneself. If you want to look at the factory settings,download this .ecig file... Factory_Skar_75.ecig ...once you download Escribe, open the 'Evolv DNA 75' version...go to 'File>Open & load this file into the software....IMHO, the Skar 75 is a solid device...I have 3 (one of each color) & use them daily Factory_Skar_75.ecig

Hey, I checked out your images enlarged & the reason you are having these issues is because every where the images are being distorted, there is gray...almost like a shadow...the screen is monochrome

You can try this little program...works well & the images transfer well.... DNA200ThemeImageGenV1.1.02.zip

You don't want to connect them directly because that is protecting the batteries & board from short circuits...if you have enough room, you can wire in a mini automotive 25 amp fuse...and tuck it away somewhere inside the mod...

You need to load that .csv file for your battery settings...go to the 'Mod' tab, Load .csv & select the file you downloaded...
