If it has 2 purple dots, then that indicates that the core & the wrap are both SS & according to the .csv file that is downloadable from their website for that wire, compared to the Steam Engine .csv...that is 316L

Are you talking about Lightning Vapes SS clapton wire? If so, then according to the .csv files that they provide for their wire, it is 316L

Oh yeah...they changed the message to a flashing battery symbol...lower your cell soft cutoff to 2.8 or 2.9 & give it a try...

Looks like one battery is hitting your 'cell soft cutoff' setting. Are you seeing a 'check battery' message on your screen? I too run 2 LG HG2's & have my cell soft cutoff set at 2.8

Also, you might want to check the 'Kanthal Power Limit' on the 'Mod' tab in Escribe...

Hi and welcome to the forum...you can either save the settings off of your new Therion when you get it or see post #2 of this thread...

You only changed the wire type, not the profile. It is still on the SS profile.

Some parameter(s)/settings on the 'Research' tab in Escribe have been met & the device is notifying you to return it to whoever set it. You may be able to clear them out there to get it going.

Brightness settings are good...try downloading this file... Therion_166.zip ...open the .zip file...right click on the .ecig file & copy. Go to your desktop, right click & paste...then in Escribe, go to 'Fiile'...'Open'...chose the file you left on your desktop..upload to device...

Did you reload the factory .ecig file?...also check the brightness settings on your 'Screen Tab'

Try reloading the firmware...'Tools'...'Apply Service Pack'...you will get a message about applying service pack...click 'OK'...choose 'DNA 250'....'1_2_SP5.sw-service'... This is the factory configuration file...you can try loading it if the service pack doesn't help Therion_166.ecig

What do you see on the Therion's screen when you press the fire button?

Are you getting any error messages when pressing the fire button?

You will need to go to 'Options' at the top of the screen...'User Interface' and select 'Manufacturer'...this will allow you to change it from 3 cells to 2 cells...then upload settings to device...

Check you battery settings under the mod tab...make sure you have it set for 2 cells...according to the device monitor, it's looking for a 3rd cell, when the Therion 166 only uses 2 cells..

The 166 has a DNA 250 board in it. Just plug in the USB...you will be ok!

Gray is a mixture of black & white...a color...just because there is gray in a screen someone generated, doesn't mean it is going to display gray on the screen...monochrome...black & white...you can either have a black background with white lettering and/or images...or white background with black lettering and/or images

Monochrome screen...Looks proper in Escribe with a color monitor...will do the same thing if you try to use color as well...

What kind of atomizer are you using? Are you building coils or using pre-built?
